Outstanding quality of property, great service from the staff!!!

The best vacation ever. It truly was paradise! From the moment we arrived we were in aww! Matthew removed our bags from the car, took them to our room, parked our car in the deck and showed us around the condo. He offered to take us to the beach on his very fancy golf cart. We didn’t make it there. We found the roof top pool and fell in love. Very peaceful and beautiful! Most of the time, we had the pool area all to ourselves. We could see the ocean from the pool area. They provide luxurious chairs, umbrellas and towel. The room was gorgeous and smelled heavenly! I could go on and on! We loved it and plan to go back as much as possible. You should definitely go try it out! You won’t regret it!

Our condo (#202) was absolutely immaculate—spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were friendly, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. Free golf cart transportation made it effortless to reach the private beach, which is just a short 5-minute walk away. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its breathtaking ocean views—perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. Highly recommend Kaiya for anyone visiting 30A!

This was a phenomenal stay for a large group of girls. The staff was unbelievable in making us feel welcome. When we had an issue with the pool they sent someone over immediately to help trouble shoot. The concierge had excellent recommendations that made our stay even better than we could've imagined. I would highly recommend this stay!

My goodness…! Walking in and being shown my accommodations- I was absolutely SPEACHLESS! All of the materials used were the best quality and grade- from the flooring, appliances (Smeg/Wolfe) to the interior decorations. Just wow. They have a rooftop, infinity pool that is gorgeous at sunset. The beach is so beautiful and exclusive. The placement, the views, the waves were all perfect. The staff was INCREDIBLE: Hunter & Matthew are just… the best. I can’t wait to go back.

Very clean and new. Great, extremely friendly staff. The beach access and roof top pool are gorgeous, and it was very nice being able to barbecue next to the pool. I recommend renting bikes, so you can easily head down to Rosemary Beach for shopping, and restaurants. The place is brand new (Oct 2024) so there are some finishing touches that they are still working on.
