The clerk at checkout was also very friendly. Everything was up to expectations. I have no complaints.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the convenient location. Staff at check in (9pm) "couldn't find my reservation - told me that it was my problem and I would have to call booking directly myself, offered no help or assistance and then magically found our reservation - said someone had already checked us in... odd. The water was FREEZING in the shower. Breakfast was okay, the indoor pool was SO cold you couldn't even get in past your ankles. TV in room did not work - called front desk to ask for help, told me to try unplugging the cables and plugging back in.... I did not pay $800 to be messing around with cables. Spent the day out of the hotel and upon return (8pm) with 3 toddlers, no power in our room. Front desk did not seem concerned, offered to upgrade the room. We already had the best room so they just offered us another floor.... it was 9pm and we were packing up and moving all of our stuff and kids to another room.

It's a very nice hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The staff at the front desk have always been friendly. Rooms have been immaculate. Breakfast is as expected with the typical waffle irons, cereal, little pastries, etc.. It is a simple, clean hotel. Would stay here again.

To be better.As a senior citizen who likes to read at night a lamp by the couch, would’ve been nice. Also as an elderly person a footstool would’ve been nice to put our feet up.

Tile in shower had large cracks through - if you weren’t paying attention you could get cut The hotel is fairly new yet could be 50 yrs old Hampton inns are usually very nice - just stayed in one in Gettysburg but this one - never again - not worth the money they are asking!

The Hampton Inn and suites in Intercourse PA was beautiful!!! the room was beautiful, very modern and very functional and very clean. The breakfast was delicious a very nice buffet.. There was plenty of parking on site. The staff was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful. They really care about their guests.!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

While we didn't have breakfast at this brand new hotel, it is located a quick walk from restaurants in town. We loved the proximity to shops and the peaceful quiet of the grounds. If you are not seeking a B&B, this is a perfect choice when staying in and around Intercourse. Will be back!

Everything was great. There were a few minor issues, but other than that, it was a great stay. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was very good, with many choices, including hot breakfast items, and the usual waffle makers. The highlight for us was the firepit in the front courtyard. Easy access and plenty of seating. Maybe the cleaning service could check things better. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty, and of course on this trip I did not bring any of my own. The only real complaint we have the room, is that the pillows are extra soft and collapse when you lay them. My husband had to use 4 pillows under his head to get where he was comfortable.
