Loved this hotel. This was our second time there and I would come again. Very clean and well maintained. Im a very picky traveler and I enjoyed this place a lot! The staff is very helpful. The cleaners are always ready to help! Best hotel I stayed at in years.

This is a kid resort. Adults coming here is a waste of money and time. Food prices are high, pool is small and parking kills the vibe. Paying for parking each night is a waste of money. Would not recommend

Check was delayed last 4pm and there was long line to check in. Cleaning service needed to be requested and they didn’t do it one of the days we requested. Lots of fees added on.

Clean and newer property but experience was terrible. The hotel booked a large room block for the water polo Junior Olympics but failed to manage those guests well. They literally took over the property and all the common areas. The guests were mostly 12-16 year old boys and they were loud, unruly and made it impossible to enjoy the pool or even common lounge areas at any hour. The hotel staff didn’t even make the smallest attempt to mitigate the disruption.

If it wasn’t for the blasting horrible TV at the pool I would have rated this higher!! There is zero reason kids need TV at the pool. It made the hole experience there terrible. No kids are playing just zombies watching the TV. The GIANT TV was at obnoxiously loud volume, ON EVERY SPEAKER. You could escape the horrible sounds of diary of a wimpy kid. At hearing level damaging levels. This took this from a luxury stay to a disgusting excuse for entertainment. How was I supposed to sit on a lounge chair when every 5 feet a speaker is blasting at max. Our kids deserve better. I didn’t book a pool stay for TV to be at the pool.

The property was amazing. Very well maintained, the room was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and attentive. I wish my stay was longer to truly enjoy all they had to offer. Will definitely return when I need to be in that area.
