This place was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We liked the layout of the property, the beach, playing with the water toys and more.

Ya’ll just need a microwave.

Room was OK with killer water view!

There were, however, a few disappointments. The air conditioning kept malfunctioning throughout our stay, and the room never reached the temperature we wanted. We repeatedly had to turn it off and back on to get it working properly. We were also told that complimentary bottled water would be available in the room, but none was provided. Another disappointment was related to my boyfriend's birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance by phone, email, and message and was told a birthday card and a voucher would be waiting for us. Unfortunately, neither was there upon arrival. I had to follow up at the front desk, and the voucher ended up being only for a dessert, which felt underwhelming. We also paid extra for an ocean-view room, but it did not feel worth the additional cost. The view was largely obstructed by palm trees and overlooked the pool more than the ocean. Overall, the hotel is nice, new, and has a lot of potential. Having three beaches is a great feature and not something commonly found in the Keys. While we enjoyed our stay, I felt the experience lacked attention to detail and follow-through on guest requests. I really value the small touches that make a stay feel special, and that is where the hotel fell short for me.

Staff is racist

Really nice stay, second time at 3 waters. Only complaint is being locked out of our room while they were updating locks on the door for three hours

Beautiful balcony

One of the things we really enjoyed was all of the included amenities. We took advantage of the complimentary kayaks, and they also had bikes available for guests to use at no additional charge. It was a great way to get out, explore, and enjoy the area. The fire pits at night were another highlight. Sitting outside by the fire was the perfect way to end the day and really added to the relaxing Keys atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The property was clean, the amenities were excellent, and there honestly wasn’t anything we could complain about. We would absolutely stay at Three Waters again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Islamorada!

view The room was horrible. The layout was terrible and the room was not clean. The floors were filthy and sandy, bathroom had hairs in it and ants were all over the kitchen. To boot, the phone in the room did not work so could never reach the front desk. We decided th o leave the property a day early because nothing got better, couldn't stay in that room any longer. The staff was understanding and said they released the day so Booking.com could reimburse us for the last day.

I had a wonderful solo stay at the resort. I felt safe at all times during my stay. The resort’s amenities were excellent and had an amazing variety of onsite things to do! I look forward to returning in the near future

The staff for the most part were very helpful and pleasant. The grounds and amenities were great! No elevator to 2nd floor, being senior citizens made it difficult to traverse them. Also, when I alerted them that our coffee machine was FILTHY and after cleaning it, found out it was NOT working, there was no response to replace it. The room I booked said, 'marina view", should have said, "Partial view" as we were staring at a metal roof of the marina, kinda spoiled the view!

Our air conditioning did not work and would only circulate air. We told them a few times and they sent people who just closed the curtains and turned the air temp lower (even though it didn’t work). Were also a lot of small ants in the room and got bit in the night. They just kept a lot of the same stuff of holiday isle/postcard inn and tried to make it look fancier and increased the prices a lot. Would not recommend.

Location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean and well maintained, cove side. Food and drinks were good. Bed sheets and pillows. Sheets tended to clump together and pillow were a little too soft for personal preference. I prefer harder pillows and my wife was 6 months pregnant at time.

Everything was updated and newer and refreshed from when we stayed there many years ago. A/C was noisy in our room.
