Hampton Inn Long Island/Islandia

Exceptional

Providing breakfast stuff with expired dates Tv was not working

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Hotel was clean. Very nice breakfast assortment. Easy parking.

Clean room, nice staff.

Netflix on tv ( if you have an account) Nice linens Great modern fitness equipment Excellent customer service Not so good: prior guest left fridge on high so all my food froze solid and ruined it cigarette smoking was evident in stairwell Area did not feel safe to walk around and very smelly like a garbage dump was nearby Dirty pool No gluten free breads offered at breakfast No soft close doors Rooms not soundproof

Very clean

No ice machine worked in whole building.

The breakfast was great it was like a standard breakfast we had but this was the first one that had bagels it must have been imported from another store so that was the best bagels we had. While the price was on the higher side, it was still reasonable compared to other area options. My primary frustration was with the Wi-Fi login portal, which feels deceptive and overly restrictive. It makes it seem like you must join their Honors program—exposing yourself to marketing emails—to avoid being charged for Wi-Fi, though the front desk later confirmed this wasn’t required. On top of that, the portal tries to upsell you on a paid speed upgrade, claiming the free tier is only basic; in reality, the standard free Wi-Fi handled online gaming effortlessly. To make matters worse, the login screen forces you to accept an aggressive warning about downloading copyrighted material before connecting. As someone who was just using the internet for gaming, having to agree to that kind of warning felt intrusive and unnecessary. Overall, the entire sign-in process feels designed to push sign-ups, upsells, and corporate warnings rather than a smooth guest experience.

Always perfect

Clean room Staff Breakfast All excellent Will be back

Exceptional

Century located although it looks like it’s on a busy Thorofare it’s super quiet and clean inside hot water, Gray towels and a beautiful complementary breakfast. Staff was super helpful.

Good

Clean room

It was ok . Carpet in room was stained. Worst part was the noise from the very large Air Conditioning Units outside our room window. Although we turned off our room AC as the room was sufficiently cool, the noise from the outside unit was so very loud we couldn’t sleep because of it. The room was also next to the elevator and ice machine, though I don’t blame that. I booked the room weeks ago but honestly this particular room should not be used for overtime stays. Girl at the front desk blamed my sensitivity to noise and I should have informed them before checking in. Really?? Never had to do that before. Disappointed with Hilton!

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and staff was welcoming. I had a little trouble using the television for Netflix streaming. Ended up using live television stations instead.

Breakfast was perfect decent amount of options and the room was very clean

The whole was good, some age issues with property but staff is friendly, breakfast is good, parking is convenient. Rooms are clean.
