Nice place right on the beach nice pool nice rooms nothing fancy but well worth the money

Beautiful stay! Loved how easy it was to head to the beach and then come back and fill our bellies with tons of food options. Everyone was nice and it felt very safe.

Absolutely loved this place. Husband and I were visiting from WA state and they’re wasn’t anything we didn’t love about this place. So clean, everyone is so nice and the amenities were awesome. 10 out of 10 😊 and just a hop skip to the beach

Beautiful hotel, clean, terrific staff, free breakfast was a nice touch and wonderful partial view of the ocean. Cute area walking distance to the restaurants. Perfect place to relax. Grocery store is a short drive away. I would love to return!

Our room was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only thing I would change is making sure I get an oceanfront view room next time, instead of a side view.

The hotel definitely has some initial issues, but thanks to the amazing staff they were all easily fixed.

We had a wonderful visit to The Palms with our friends. Both of our rooms were very clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was great and the hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. A hair dryer is available along with an iron and ironing board. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked well. We enjoyed the pool and that the hotel had towels available to use at the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely beachfront hotel in the middle of IOP action.

The patio door was another issue- the handle fell off, the door was difficult to open, close, and lock/unlock. Overall, these issues made the room feel poorly maintained and not up to the standard I expected. The partial beach view was nice. Most of the staff was friendly and kind.

Located right on the beach with fun beach bars/restaurants next door. Great for a one night get away. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and located on the beach. Rooms were clean and in working order. Elevator was slow.

This was a great place to stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Beach access, pool, cleanliness, access to clean towels, and housekeeping were all excellent!

Loved stay but check-in process was a little frustrating because parking garage was tiny and full and very tight thankfully there was the overflow parking across the street. It would be helpful to have 2-3 more unload and load up parking spaces in the parking garage and more luggage carts It would be helpful for guess to know before arriving where to go to unload and check-in. But loved the stay and access to beach and restaurants. Loved the benches to sit and relax in front of hotels!!
