I was sent to 3 rooms until we found one where the TV worked. Hallway was cluttered with construction debris. Microwave quit after using once.

Our stay at this motel was just OK. The room was clean and quite. But we were disappointed with the breakfast...it was non existent. We went to breakfast at 8:30 thinking that we would be there well before the 10:00 end time. There was no food! No cereal, no eggs, or meat. There weren't any napkins and no attendant in site. The registration person was outside walking in the driveway talking on her cellphone. If all you want is a bed to sleep on and s roof over your head then this is the place to stay. Free breakfast is a misnomer, it should be no breakfast. We ate at the golden arches across the street. When we checked out the office person did not ask us how our stay was.

We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson.

A really nice and great hotel. Very clean. Really friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again if I was staying in the area again.

Rooms were 8 out or 10 , because they were renovating the property. Staff were great with a 10 out of 10. The location for our stop was 10 out or 10.

We found animal droppings in the bed spread. Our feet beca.e black when walking on the bathroom Floor.

Other areas of the hotel under construction total mess. No attempt to clean anything up. The stairs to the second floor was the construction sulpy room. That was the only access to my floor on the secon floor. The warmer on the food for breakfast must not have worked because the eggs and sausage were cold.

Guest lounge usually in use by staff, who also treat guest loading/unloading area as their private parking lot. Beds are hazardous, maid service sketchy. What's not to like?
