The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a restaurant, spa, hot tub, fire pit, bicycles, and two decks. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh and cozy linens. We especially enjoyed having access to tea and coffee in the lounge area. I stayed with my 10-year-old daughter, and we felt safe and well cared for. We were a short walk away from the town square. We even walked to Snow King Mountain from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. Highly recommend. Nothing. No complaints.

Awesome hotel.

The entire place exceeded my expectation! Everything, and I do mean everything, was excellent. The service was unbelievable. It's a perfect blend of tech and old west....open a closet door and the light automatically comes on, there are lights that can be set to come on underneath the tv console so you can see during the night. It's just amazing. The rooms are spotless. Coffee stations on every floor and are refilled right away or they will get it for you if something is out. Fresh cookies every afternoon The front desk staff all greet you by name when they see you or you call in after you are there. Everything is so well thought out. The wildlife viewing deck on the top has a telescope and they will loan you binoculars if you'd like. They just go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience, the staff is best in class and the location is perfect to walk and explore Jackson.

The restaurant was fabulous. It's an intimate setting with unique and delicious menu options. Our server, Chris, was one of the best servers we've ever had. He elevated the experience from a great dinner, to an extraordinary evening event. Bravo! Actually, nothing. We would love to have stayed here for our entire stay!

This place is an elegant boutique hotel that feels homey and luxurious without being over the top. There were great details to make the experience more personal and cozy. I loved this place and would go back to it anytime. Dining was limited

Positively phenomenal -starting with the outstanding service at the front desk. They were attentive, polite, courteous and sincere. Immaculate room -every area was spotless and beautifully appointed with high end furnishings and finishes. The amenities of hot coffee/tea selections as well as cocoa and cider, spa, turn-town service too. Phenomenal restaurant too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Rusty Parrot.

The rusty parrot team at top tier in hospitality and customer service. The rooms are fantastic, made so by the West decor, the comfy mattress, and luxury bedding and pillows. The second floor tea/coffee buffet with fresh cookies is a nice touch! The spa, hot tub and outdoor sitting areas made for great before and/or after dinner drinks. So happy with the consistency of this lodge from one year to the next! Hope to visit again in 2027.

We have family there and Grand Son was graduating so we had plans for everything so we didn’t get to experience meals etc . But of all my friend with me totally enjoyed the outdoors on each side especially with the fire places as well. Loves the outdoors so when I left she thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors . She made friends from Alabama there and especially your employee Jr. But all of your employees are compliment to your organization. My daughter has lived there for 25 + years and came with family for evening meal . All positive. Since the fire a place I always wanted to stay . Had a condo until my wife died which I gave it to the family to rent . ?lost my free place ??Thank yall for great stay . No ice machine . So my friend just went down and they got it out of the kitchen. ??
