Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jacksonville - North

I changed rooms a few times right after check in because the lock on the 1st door wasn’t secure. The right part of the door frame was bent and barely in place with a single screw. I could’ve pulled on it very easily & broke it. The second room had a bathroom fan that was loud & unable to cut off. The 3rd room that I ended up staying in was the best of the 3. Door lock was still questionable. The door frame had been broken in before. the people at the front desk were nice… but overall this place felt 100% sketchy. If something bad happened here to anyone… it wouldn’t seem far fetched.

Nothing, I want a refund. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted in my life coming to a hotel The strong stench in the hotel throughout the hallway, the spiders in the bathroom.

They canceled my stay for those days and I had to rebook them on Thursday and paid them $575 but they took for those 3 days that I booked the first days they took my money for one day and it was $250 and they were supposed to give me partial payment back but they did it and they got a refund out of my account for the whole 250 and they wasn't supposed to it was supposed to send me some money back and they did in so I kind of want my 250 back so no I didn't get to spend those days there at the book another reservations to spend those days there they canceled it and they only paid for one day Can y'all see how y'all can get my refund back and sent back to my card for those days

Cock roaches, floor spacers and old looking. Filthy floors, terrible beds worst sleep pillows and beds and party guys drinking smoking drugs out front no good. Homeless people on streets and managers can get off there butts to help, WiFi and tv suck had issues with WiFi spelling name back wards get WiFi on. Tv broken wobbles doesn’t pivot. Small ass tv Worst bed and pillows and sheets All above tv small Bed small and terrible toilet runs and terrible shower head and just dirty place

The room was clean looking but the smell of smoke was (I’m sorry but) wretched. I opened the window to let it air out & lifted the blinds. When it was time to sleep I tried lowering the curtains but they were not working & we’re stuck like that. Staff was nice but the smell was what most bothered my stay.
