Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville South - Bartram Park

Very nice area and hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was ok, could have more of a variety of food (bacon, turkey sausage). Overall great price for an awesome room and amenities.

Cheerful staff, welcoming staff at check in, greeted upon entry after dinner, room and bath clean. Felt safe outside. Gym was clean with towels and cleaning wipes. Breakfast had above basic i.e cooked oatmeal ' not pkgs, scones, etc. Free parkingx well lit and sufficient.

The room was clean but there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous occupants.

Parking is convenient.

The hotel lacked parking due to renovations and the room was not very clean

Staff / front desk - friendly! Breakfast - nice! Pool - nice! Gym - small but worked: treadmill, elliptical machines and weights.

The hotel was ideally situated near restaurants and shops, and it was very clean. My only issue was with the duvets on the beds, as there were no blankets inside them. Fortunately, I had brought a throw blanket, so it didn’t impact my stay too much. The pillows were also a bit flat. Overall a nice clean hotel. I would stay again.

Hotel was great for our needs and they provided a treat for the pups upon check-in.

The room was hot most of the stay. The ac made an awful ticking noise all night. No blankets on the bed, just a thin type sheet covering. They had other blankets we found in the closet instead of on the bed. That would have been helpful to know upon check-in. Breakfast was good. Room maintenance should be checked before next person stays after the previous.

Super clean the staff was very friendly plus a wonderful location. I would stay there again if I’m in the area highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.
