The convenient to where I need to be. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially compared to our previous experience here. The room was not very clean and had dried boogers on the nightstand, dirty headboards, and a very strong mildew smell. The pillows were extremely flat, and the bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast has also gone downhill since our previous stay, with noticeably fewer or less appealing options. We were also only provided with two towels for our entire two-day stay, which was not sufficient. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and service did not meet the standard we experienced during our previous visit. I hope these issues can be addressed because we had a much better experience the first time we stayed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was always ready to help if you had a question or needed something. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

The room had a horrible smell of animal urine. It was disgusting. We wouldn’t even walk on the carpet barefooted. If you’re going to allow pets, you shouldn’t have carpeting anywhere. Also, the water pressure in the shower was virtually nonexistent. The room was very reasonably priced, but I guess it’s like the old adage says…you get what you pay for. I just didn’t expect this from a Hilton property. We travel a lot. We will definitely rethink staying at a Hampton again in the future, especially one that allows pets.

Great location and still has a buffet breakfast included

Staff was exceptional; location couldn’t be better; room was spacious, clean and functional. Breakfast was just ok.

The only area that could use some improvement was the food, which was just mediocre. However, that did not take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service and clean accommodations. We would definitely consider staying here again!
