Hot tub don’t work pool dirty no ac in the building other then the rooms the lady at front desk on evening shift was rude and the restaurant was closed

Got there at 8 pm and had to be buzzed in. A giant air unit sets leaking in front of the desk. While checking in in a forever process

There were no cars in the parking lot when I arrived. The lobby lights were off and the room was 90 degrees with portable a/c units. I called for someone at the front desk and a woman walked out. I asked if they were open and she just stared at me like I was crazy. I asked if everything in the hotel was functional and again nothing. She then said I don’t know why you’re asking me that. She was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I left and found a suitable property. Avoid this place at all costs regardless of how cheap it is!

Trash mold water pressure its a no smoking campus but they only attack certain guests i have pictures of the cig packs and butts and weed smoking

Coffee maker didn’t work and no one had coffee and no smoking on property. No coffee no breakfast no fun tv small and far from bed no office space

Lobby was super hot with dehumidifiers everywhere. Place almost looks abandoned. Switched room three times because room key didn’t work, we never did get a working key. Hot tub also not working. We ended up leaving that same night

It’s very quiet The older lady with the glasses do not make it feel pleasant and I stay there quite a few times I’ve even filled out a application to help and learn more about the hotel work environment she refused to give her name she made of stand outside until she wanted to allow us to come in I had reservations. She’s just not the right person to be at that front desk everything else is fine Would I recommend yes. And I have but if it’s her there no I would not

While this hotel looked promising from the outside, its interior was very "motel." The elevators were dirty, and the rooms did not look nearly as nice as the pictures. No one made up the room or brought new towels, and it lacked basic amenities like lotion and a blow-dryer. On the upside, it's in a decent location, close to the college and the Naval base, with plenty of restaurants and a movie theater in the immediate area.

The building AC wasn’t working, making it extremely hot and humid. The pool and hot tub were dirty, and the hot tub was nearly drained. Housekeeping never cleaned my room during my stay. There was no bottled water available; when I asked for one due to the heat, I was told to walk to a gas station. The hotel restaurant never opened, the concession shop was poorly stocked, and the TV had no useful channels and wasn’t a smart TV. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and faster internet required an additional charge. I was also charged an unexpected deposit that wasn’t disclosed beforehand, which wasn’t in my budget. I had already planned my trip around a Mayo Clinic visit and had driven 8 hours, so changing hotels wasn’t a realistic option. Overall, I paid for a stay that did not provide the basic services and amenities advertised. I am requesting a reasonable partial refund and would not recommend this hotel in its current condition.

After posting a negative review, the manager called police & had me evicted! Still waiting for refund! Woman should be fired, at the least!

Bad experience at this hotel. When we arrived, no air conditioning in the lobby. The front desk clerk would not check us in for 7 minutes as we waited in the hot lobby even though she just stood there by her computer. The restaurant and snack bar were closed due to the air conditioning not working. The room was clean but had little furniture, no hair dryer or bottled water available. The desk clerk as we left was also rude telling us if we didn't return our room key she was going to charge our credit card. Just nasty employees. Would not recommend this hotel.

First off when you coming to the lobby it was hot on a hot day in Jacksonville went upstairs the room was decent I wanted to use the pool and a Jacuzzi which was not working the pool was green jacuzzi was purple and was dirty so it wasn't a place to stay and that's the one thing I wanted to use was the pool. No restaurant which was they do have a restaurant but it was not open then on top of things they charged me twice for a deposit

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked inside my room but not in the main building. Not likable and not compensated for the terrible stay. Pool and spa were dirty and not properly filled. Health hazard, liability. I want my money back. Nothing
