My reservation did not state any check-in deadline. It only said that check-in begins after 3:00 PM, but it did not mention any cutoff time for arriving later that day. Based on the reservation details, there was no indication that arriving at 11:55 PM would be a problem. I had to call Booking.com to cancel my reservation. They also tried to contact the hotel to find out why there was no staff available for check-in, but they couldn’t reach anyone. This was a serious lack of responsibility on the hotel’s part. I was traveling with children in the car and needed a safe place to spend the night. Instead, I was left without a room and had to find another hotel late at night. If you’re looking for a reliable place to stay and rest during your trip, I would not recommend this hotel. Everything was good

There was very few people there and the AC in the room worked great. The AC outside the room was out. It was in the 90's. The pool and Jacuzzi was dirty and had debris in it. The night staff was rude and not personable. Beds weren't comfortable and squeaked at every turn.

Its was just hot in the lobby.

It was clean They charge you for internet

Room was clean, but that's it. Had I known the pool was going to be closed and the restaurant would be under construction, I wouldn't have book this.

There was no air conditioning on the first floor with industrial fans blowing hot air around the corridors. I give the front staff kudos for working under those conditions. There was air conditioning on the upper floors but you could feel the heat rising up the elevator shafts. My room had a king bed with sheets the did not look altogether clean on one side so I kept to the other side. The room was large but looked weird with furniture only taking up 1/3 of the room. The other side held a floor lamp in the corner with no chair of any kind to sit in. I couldn’t go to the lobby to sit as it was hot as hell there. The restaurants were closed due to the heat.

Pretty decent place for the price though

The room was great and the staff were great. The pool was green and dirty looking and the hot tub was very low on water and the jets weren’t working.

The room and staff were excellent! The lobby and hallways did not have air conditioning and the restaurant in the hotel was closed.

We loved the pool and jacuzzi and the bed was nice , staff was helpful . It’s a beautiful Hotel Lobby was hot , our room had someone’s shorts and a dirty fork , no creamer for the coffee ,

I was raised if you got nothing good to say keep your moth closed.

It had the perfect location not on the beach but close enough to get anywhere southside Jax in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. The room was dirty there were sunflower seeds all around the bed when we got there.

Location There was no AC in the building or towels in the room when I voiced my issues they were dismissed I left an hour into my stay

The a c at the hotel was broke, and they did not warn us in advance. Hot tub was not working.The breakfast that was promised was not available as most of the guests canceled orNo one was there after finding out the a c was out. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude. Even to our third party booking agents not once, but twice. The actual room itself was clean and very comfortable.

Nice and enjoyable to visit

Rooms well Air conditioned but the lobby and elevator were not at all. Not sure what the issue was, but I never spent any time long enough to really care. Breakfast area was closed my entire weekend stay.

The room was clean and tidy, staff was helpful.
