No AC, the pool was closed and the kitchen was closed for breakfast. Staff completely unhelpful. We did not wind up staying and are now in dispute to try to get our money back!! Absolutely horrible!!

The air conditioner in the lobby was broken, the pool was out of order.

The room was clean A/C was not working properly in the lobby and didn’t feel cool in the room as it should be. Front staff was not very friendly. The whole entire hotel was eerie. It’s belongs to the church on the property and something happened to that pastor. He’s passed away now but the church is not active and the hotel has barely anyone there. Maybe a few cars on the property. The restaurant was closed, barely anyone staff and rooms are empty. Very eerie walking through the hallway to my room. I don’t knew what kind of vibe is there but it made me run.

The staff was rude, no air conditioning downstairs stairs, my room door never locked even with it all the way closed you can just open it without a key

How quiet it was The air conditioning was not working, my bathroom was falling apart, the hot water wasn’t working, I had to wait 2 hours for it to start working again. The lady at the front desk was very rude

They had quite a few issues during our stay. A/C in lobby halls wre broken. Large fans in lobby. Restaurant was not operating. Outdoor lounging area was closed. Staff was helpful and professional.
