Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We did experience a small inconvenience on our first day when the Twilight tickets provided by the hotel had expired, which required us to return to the ticket booth. However, the staff member who assisted us went truly above and beyond to resolve the issue and made sure we were taken care of. We greatly appreciated her excellent customer service and willingness to help. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a convenient way to start our busy days. The hotel had adequate parking, washers and dryers, and an indoor pool—great amenities when traveling with children and grandchildren. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and filled with great memories with our granddaughter. We would definitely return and highly recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott Foley at OWA to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and family-friendly summer getaway with the grands!

Didn't like the fact that a dog peed on the floor, the people were told get paper towels out of the bathroom and clean it up. That is a little gross, makes me wonder how clean the rooms get after an animal is in there.

I arrived about 20 minutes before check in and I was told my room wasn’t ready so I said I’ll check back within exactly 20 minutes….so once 20 minutes passed the room still wasn’t ready. I waited for another 30 minutes. Why that annoyed me is because they charged my card for the first night before I even checked in when I made the reservation through booking.com and chose to pay upon arrival at the property. Also the parking is terrible at night with no parking spaces being available.

Great place to stay in Jacksonville!

Nice, clean hotel with great amenities! Would stay again!

This was one of the hotels I really enjoyed they have a whole refrigerator, hot top, plates, utensils, and let’s not forget the Free Breakfast from 6-9am. The staff is very welcoming, nice, friendly, and understanding. When I visit Jacksonville again this will be my hotel every stay I really enjoyed it all.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, equidistant from Jax Beach and Downtown Jacksonville. Will be staying again when we’re back in town!

Stayed here out of convenience due to its proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff was great, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. This was my second time staying here, and I will be back when I have future visits at Mayo. Thanks!
