TownePlace Suites by Marriott® Jacksonville Mayport

Absolutely not, every thing was spot on.❤️

The rooms were very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I’ll be coming back.

Beautiful new Hotel. Very modern and super nice. Amazing breakfast with so many items to choose from. Rooms are very nice to include a glass stand up shower. Even had a make-up remover pad and Black remover cloth.

The property clean nice The manager Eric S was very arrogant and rude he charged my credit card and extra 250 fee for an untrue claim the front desk manager had the door locked wen I tried to check n she looked sleepy tired or distracted and double charged my credit card I will never stay here agsin

Nice place

Hotel is amazing. Gym was nice and clean with updated equipment. Breakfast was not that great, but I would definitely come back here !

The location is great, and the breakfast and amenities were excellent. The condition and overall upkeep of the property were also wonderful. I would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent, except the air-conditioner was too noisy and the breakfast was mediocre.

Exceptional

Really liked the kitchenette. Suggest a bit larger of a table and the AC didn't quite get the room cold enough.

Better than average

There was always fresh hot coffee. Food was well prepared. Tables were clean. Staff went out of their way to greet with good morning. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be variety at breakfast, but what was there was good, not rubbery or undercooked. I enjoyed my 5 day stay close to the base, shopping and restaurants.
