Not the best, not the cleanest, ran out of coffee cups, had to use small oatmeal bowls to drink coffee. One of the night time employees in reception was on her phone all night every night.

Traveling with young kids. Lady at the front desk had on her ankle monitor- friendly but creepy vibes . Walked up to the 2nd floor and the small could have made you sick. Carried sleeping kids into room and kept smelling weed all night long. Felt very dirty. Tried to talk to guy at front desk when we checked out about the strong smells and all he did was hand us the managers card. Definitely would not recommend or ever go back

The room was decent enough, but rated down a star for 2 reasons. First is the extra slippery shower floor. There’s no texture on that floor and it is, in fact, actually hazardous. The second was the overpowering odor of weed on our floor. The smell was so thick it permeated into our room. That’s just gross, especially since we were in an allegedly smoke free hotel. Yet the smell of burning skunk remained all night as we came and went. Overall, we’d possibly stay there again if we were in the area. Not the best, but certainly not the worst either.

The person check me in while on the phone not even telling me my room number. Conversation on the phone was more important! She was not doing her job.

I think the breakfast could be a whole lot better. The 3rd floor had a smell like poop everyday. The location is behind a truck stop and it one way in and one way out. Other than that it’s a nice a hotel.

The overall room was clean and comfortable but the amenities can be a bit better including the breakfast. I understand it complimentary with the stay but I feel more effort in the options could be made. The hallways have a bad smell through the hotel.

We booked because there is no carpet in the room. The cleanliness of a room does not smell of musty old carpet is a game changer. If they take it out of the halls, even better.

The place is OK if you were a truck driver, other than that find some other place to stay. There are no microwaves in the room. Breakfast is repetitive and boring.

The hotel has reserved quiet time hours. Last night this wasn't honored. The pool closes at 9pm and some staff member allowed the kids to be out until after 11pm. They were screaming loudly. Breakfast wasn't the hottest and a lot of it was out. Mind you it was 7am.

Clean rooms Staff was very kind. Parking was accessible.

Staff excellent , breakfast top notch and coffee , a coffee drinker dream. Coffee bar had everything you needed. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely will choose Tru Hilton again. The amenities. Friendly staff
