DoubleTree by Hilton Jamestown

Pretty clean room. Stayed several days. Each day was a little worse with less towels stocked, they left a garbage bag full of garbage in the sink (honest mistake). The worst part was the abysmal water pressure. By the last day the water wouldn’t even come out of the shower head. When I told staff about it they just told me they would heave maintenance look at it. The breakfast prices were outrageous ($15pp cold, $21pp hot breakfast) for standard breakfast buffet but the waitress was very kind. The gym was super tiny but decent equipment. Parking lot was tight but plenty of spots. Overall, probably would try a different hotel next time around.

We interacted with 3 staff over the period of our 1 day stay. All the staff were most helpful and friendly. Our room along with every area we saw or used was very clean and well maintained. We liked the free convenient parking. We had a pleasant sleep on a very comfortable be. Please thank your staff for us.

Everything was great and comfy

We didn't have a chance to check out the pool. It's in town, but after 11:00 it's quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. 😊

I felt safe inside and the room was nice. For the price of the room, I wish there was a microwave and breakfast options other than paying $15 each morning. It was rather expensive.

Great location/distance from National Comedy Museum and Lucy Museum. Friendly, helpful staff. LOVED that warm cookies were offered upon check-in and check-out. The small extras are really nice. Beds were quite comfortable, pillows not so much. While everyone's comforts are different, I found pillows so soft they went too flat. A bit disappointed with dinners. Out of romaine lettuce and Pino Grigio wine. Menu selection was better a few years ago when we stayed before.

Not happy that it was so loud from 6pm to 9pm because a bar down the street was blaring its music. I complained to front staff and nothing was done.

The hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. It was well located in downtown Jamestown. I was able to walk a couple blocks to a coffee shop with excellent muffins and also to my favorite ice cream store (Pine cone). Parking at the hotel was fine.

We have stayed there before and were perfectly satisfied; it's much nicer than a couple other local Inns. However, this time around we had a bed that definitely needs replacing!

The folks at the front desk were wonderful to talk with. The cold weather.

Room was spacious and clean, but not to Hilton standards I'm used to. Flush scared the hell out of us. Not much soundproofing. Could hear convos out in the hallway, next door TV and also them making babies.. (Rm 624, Memorial weekend, I heard you.. Lol). Location was really good. Hwy, gas station, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Beds and restaurant There was no service in my room. I had no clean towels when we left for the day we came back and there was no cleaning done. I had to go down to the front desk and get towels for the next day.

First off I’d like to say that the location is perfect! We walked to the Lucy museum & the comedy museum. But don’t go to the bar!! The prices are criminal!!! And the rooms don’t have a microwave! There is one down the hall though…. So odd… Jamestown is pretty sketchy at night so don’t wander too far! Lots of homeless people on the streets.
