Breakfast wasn’t included in price at $192.00 a night because I booked thru Expedia. Also cleaning staff didn’t come back after early morning refusal until we notified the front desk. Beds are too firm.

The elevator leading from the garage back to the rooms was broken, compellng my wife and I to retrace our steps with heavy suitcases in hand all the way back down the stairs and up the elevator from the first floor. I mentioned this to the people at the front desk, who told us it was the city's responsibility and not their fault. This may be true, but can I suggest postig a sign or telling customers as they arrive that they won't be able to get to their rooms from the concourse that leads from the garage? Also, there was an extra lamp in our room for no apparent purpose, which blocked the nighstand drawer from opening on the right hand side of the bed. Last, the check in clerk at the front desk forgot to ask us for our car's license plate number to park in the garage- if I hadn't overheard the other clerk asking another customer, we might not have been on the list of cars allowed to park-- would we have been towed?

The room doors did not close out the sounds of people yelling, running, and (?) shoveling ice? Outside our door during sleeping hours. Our toilet had not been cleaned of the previous party’s urine (EEEEEYEW) and although we requested a cleaning it never happened. The elevator DINGS were way too loud. The cost of a breakfast was ridiculously high.

Parking was free next to hotel and the parking garage is available if the lot is full. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Water in shower was quick to warm up. Taller height toilet would have been more comfortable but bathroom overall was well done. Breakfast can be purchased on 2nd floor and there is a small restaurant/ tavern on first floor. The third floor room we were given had a window wall that looks out on a flat roof with the hotel aircondioning equipment so no view. The higher floors 4-8 would be a more pleasant view.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone I encountered was friendly! Nice place, clean room, nice public areas like the pool and second floor lounge area.
-
The room was neat. There was some hair on the bed and towels. Breakfast was not included. It was $50 for a cold breakfast or $20 for a hot breakfast.

Easy parking, helpful staff

Clean, near everything, great parking, felt safe

Room was ok, but there should have been a grab bar near the outside of the tub to help getting in out (there was one inside the tub, but it was placed so that it was no help getting in or out of tub). Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was awful…scrambled eggs were dry and unappealing; pancakes were pitiful; selection wasn’t great. I’ve had complimentary breakfasts at competitors (like Hampton Inn) that were better. I wouldn’t have minded paying for breakfast if it was any good, but it wasn’t.

Our stay was great. This property is dated but still a nice place to stay. The staff was excellent.

The facility and room were very clean. The parking was close and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were close to the National Comedy Center, other attractions and many places to eat. We highly recommend Shawbucks tavern and restaurant.

The experience was just what we expected. Well done.

Parking was awful

We liked having bars in the accessible shower. It was unclear when the maid staff was to replace towels or what we had to do to request it. There was no in-room policy document to consult concerning hotel policies and procedures. The first day we attempted to get breakfast between the hours of 7-10 am as advised, we discovered that the service pulled food at 9:30. If a facility states the time as 7-10, there should be food available until 10:00 am, or there should be a change in the hours to 7-9:30 am. Sundays must be different since we were able to get food past 9:30.

Traffic was a little loud at night. Toilets were oddly low. It was comfortable.

Pretty clean room. Stayed several days. Each day was a little worse with less towels stocked, they left a garbage bag full of garbage in the sink (honest mistake). The worst part was the abysmal water pressure. By the last day the water wouldn’t even come out of the shower head. When I told staff about it they just told me they would heave maintenance look at it. The breakfast prices were outrageous ($15pp cold, $21pp hot breakfast) for standard breakfast buffet but the waitress was very kind. The gym was super tiny but decent equipment. Parking lot was tight but plenty of spots. Overall, probably would try a different hotel next time around.
