Everything is great but breakfast not very well

We had a one night stay on the way home from a week in Florida. The room was very spacious and CLEAN. Would highly rocommend.

Good location Had to switch rooms due to no hot water and pool light was detached and an electrical hazard. A very Unsightly pool also with cobwebs and mud dobber nests everywhere.

Second room we were given toilet wasn't hooked up and we had to pour shower water in the top of toilet for it to flush. We didn't discover this til late at night when we came back from dinner and were too tired to complain. Next morning we were told sorry we would comp your room but you used EXPEDIA so you're out of luck. Have some free soda's. Front desk folks were super nice but their hands were tied because we booked through Expedia.

Great place to stay! The only thing that I would change is the vents in the restrooms. We took a hot shower and we couldn’t vent out the air quick enough.

Had a great 2 night stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The facilities were magnificent, management and staff were excellent. Breakfast, coffee, swimming pool were all very much enjoyed by my family.

We weren’t planning on a stay in Jasper but a bad storm forced us off the highway. Was delighted with property from friendly welcoming front desk to a clean room with great beds and good linens. It was quiet, AC worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was good. Completely satisfied!

I stayed for a week at this property to be close to family who were in the hospital. Allison was amazing, as were all the other staff members. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Jasper, AL, and need a place to stay. N/A

The staff were great the entire stay. The breakfast this morning was very good with a good variety to choose from. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was a very nice stay but our first impression wasn’t great. We were greeted by 4-5 of the staff smoking out front right where we were unloading our luggage under the portico. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
