The only comment I have is when I booked i thought I was staying at the hotel in the photos with the Waterpark but they have multiple properties in the area. The location of the one we ended up at would be perfect during the winter. The fall colors were amazing

I opted to sleep on the fold out couch and give my parents the better bed and the mattress was full of springs and was just so uncomfortable. There was also no toilet paper in our room at check in so I had to go all the way down to the lobby to get some toilet paper. Also all the vending machines were empty. I was staying at the resort because I was a guest at a wedding that took place near by and I think it’s really unfortunate that such an establishment such as Jay Peak resort couldn’t even supply some basic drinks. I went to every floor and all their vending machines were empty so I asked the nice lady at the check in desk if there was somewhere else I could get drinks and she told me unfortunately the vending machines was all they had. For paying almost $200 for a one night stay at such a respectable location I definitely expected a better experience.

Breakfast at the golf course was great! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and quiet.

how clean it was. it was amazing. bed was soft for my liking. the restaurants on the resort could be better.

The room (bathroom) was pretty dirty and did not have any soap or shampoo in the dispensers. More disappointing was the fact that almost all activities were closed- and only 2 restaurants were open. The website advertises summer festivals, music, lots of activities but in reality most places were closed. Restaurants are seasonal and one of the two that were actually open (grilled clubhouse) offered a very different menu than posted on the website. I think it’s a shame the resort does not mention the seasonal closures etc. Had we known we would not have gone . Quite a let down for a family visiting with kids that want to see everything. Even the tram non operational due to closures and a slow season.

The only thing I didn’t know it’s the restaurant of the hotel on the week is closed. By chance we have a little grocery close to it so we could buy some food and make our own food in the hotel room. Also, they had a pizzeria open which the pizza was super good. I didn’t get a chance to try it, but the golf club looks really nice.
