Property was closing next day 06/30/2026. Restaurants were already closed. Certainly worth $44.00

Property was closing down. No restaurants or pool available. Carpets dirty. No service personnel on duty.

Clean room good air conditioning

Being midweek the availability of food in their restaurants was a joke. They had no record of our reservation but found a room for us, the pool was closed, and vague directions given to find our room (no map)Few choices for food in the area. The one redeaming factor was a comfortable bed.

The hotel is planning to close, with that, the place is dated and needs major upgrades.
-
Room was clean, but the facility was very rundown. No restaurants open no pool access it was locked. I would not advise staying there smelled like smoke in our room and in the hallways.

This casino is slated to be closed 7/4/26 and I wanted to visit one time prior to it closing. The pool is closed, you cannot buy food or water anywhere on the property and most slot machines are shut down. All ice machines are not working. They are charging $44 for resort fees for nothing!

The room was clean and bed comfortable, all we needed for sleep and go again. Place seemed deserted and dingy. Staff was very nice.

Great spot

The whole location of Primm is closing. The mall. The restaurants. Gas stations. The hotel is closing in less than a month. We couldn’t use the pool even though it was filled with water because there is no staff to monitor it. Smelled of smoke everywhere we went. It was super rundown and the poor staff is holding on with their fingers to keep their jobs.

The room itself was ok - it's the fact that the place was in "transitioning" to new "ownership" and more than half the games on the casino floor were off, beer was the only alcohol available, no staff, had to call the front desk to get a rolling cart and was told "we don't have any carts and I don't know when we will". I am a 60 year old woman & had to make 3 trips back & forth carrying luggage.carts & there is no one to get the cart to bring my things to the roomwhen I called the front desk 3 times

The room was super clean and had all the needed toiletries. The entire bathroom floor and shower were all tile, so maybe I got an accessible room? The bed mattress was comfortable, and I am picky about that. Overall a pleasant stay.

This was a good place to spend the night on my way from SLC to LA. I had my dog with me and we had a pretty relaxing night before taking off in the morning. Make sure you get dinner somewhere if you’re going to be getting in late, and there’s a McDonalds really close where you can get breakfast. Parking is right in front of the building and it’s pretty easy to find your way around.
-
Don’t bring your children because the pool was not open. Also, the fire alarms went off and scared everyone walking through the halls. OK.

Very sad that they’re closing. Beautiful architecture, real history here, lots of work and effort put into here. Bittersweet experience to see the place so empty. Staff was very helpful and nice yet you could notice the sadness behind their smile
