I wish breakfast was at 6 instead of 7 so we could have enjoyed it.

Clean facility and better than average breakfast. Good restaurant next door. Bed comfort average.

Hotel in Jefferson. Very disappointed. We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of our function. No sympathy from the hotel chain.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. He engaged both my wife and me in conversation, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. He also recommended dinner next door at Harbor & Hops, which we took advantage of—and we had a wonderful meal. The burgers were excellent, and the location was just steps away. I would have preferred if this location had an indoor pool. Other than that, I have no additional concerns—you have a great property in an excellent location.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast had a good array of tasty choices. Room was adequate and met handicap accommodations expectations.

It was okay but the tv wasn’t working. Had to move rooms after getting settled. They wouldn’t cancel my second booking even though I had two bookings so they took my money for an empty room that wasn’t used and wouldn’t refund me.

Room was spotless and staff was amazing

The staff at check-in were friendly and quick. We were asked which floor we would like to stay on which I appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The walls between rooms were not as sound-proofed as expected. We could hear the neighbor's loud tv late night but fortunately they turned it off so we could sleep.
