The team members were very sweet, everything was very clean! The only thing we weren’t happy with was breakfast. I made the kids and I waffles, they said they tasted funny so I tried them and they were sour, so we got eggs and they smelled musty like a wet dog.

Made reservations in May 2025. Fairfield Louisville Jefferson hotel closed completely in September 2025. No email. No notification. Learned reservation was changed to another hotel when found another Fairfield Hotel in Jefferson. Very disappointed. We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of our function. No sympathy from the hotel chain.
