Candlewood Suites Tulsa Hills - Jenks by IHG

I would recommend this hotel. Clean and nice people

The rooms were roomy and comfortable we will stay here the next time we are in Jenks, OK.

Very good

Good. Housekeeping schedule was not discussed at check in causing much confusion as to when the room would and would not be cleaned. I'm used to Typical procedures of either leaving the "Do not disturb" sign up when nothing was needed or leaving task and towels in the hallway for exchange. This hotel did not follow this format and did not divulge the schedule information until asked why the room wasn't being cleaned regularly.

The pool was closed, no reason given. This was very disappointing. In addition, the men's toilet near the gym was unflushed with a toilet seat cover placed over the seat. A sign should have been placed on the door and the door locked until repairs were completed. The gym lacked a lat bar that is shown on its website. Our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from the main entrance, presumably because we had a dog. We could leave our room on the 2nd to exit the building, but could not return to our room using this elevator since it only stops at the 4th floor. We had to go to the main entrance (which was a long walk) to get back to our room. The elevator system should be able to use room cards to allow the elevator to stop at the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 4th floor bar and grill was very nice and the prices reasonable. It was loud, though, even with very few people. All that said, the price was very fair and we would stay again.

Management was unhelpful and responsive when i had a family crisis

The bar upstairs was the highlight of ower stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect. Very quiet and convenient area.

Exceptional

The property is in a nice, quiet location. There is a Casey’s close by. I was disappointed to learn that the restaurant is 21 and up only as I was traveling with children.

It would have been so helpful to have breakfast.

Clean and comfortable! Everything was good!

Pool and gym Wish they had breakfast

There were elevator issues the 1st day but it was resolved the next day and the manager was very helpful

Elevator was out of order, no breakfast which booking stated breakfast included. Room was small but clean and comfy
