Candlewood Suites Tulsa Hills - Jenks by IHG

The pool was closed, no reason given. This was very disappointing. In addition, the men's toilet near the gym was unflushed with a toilet seat cover placed over the seat. A sign should have been placed on the door and the door locked until repairs were completed. The gym lacked a lat bar that is shown on its website. Our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from the main entrance, presumably because we had a dog. We could leave our room on the 2nd to exit the building, but could not return to our room using this elevator since it only stops at the 4th floor. We had to go to the main entrance (which was a long walk) to get back to our room. The elevator system should be able to use room cards to allow the elevator to stop at the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 4th floor bar and grill was very nice and the prices reasonable. It was loud, though, even with very few people. All that said, the price was very fair and we would stay again.

Management was unhelpful and responsive when i had a family crisis

The bar upstairs was the highlight of ower stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect. Very quiet and convenient area.

The property is in a nice, quiet location. There is a Casey’s close by. I was disappointed to learn that the restaurant is 21 and up only as I was traveling with children.

It would have been so helpful to have breakfast.

Elevator was out of order, no breakfast which booking stated breakfast included. Room was small but clean and comfy

Location Bedbugs in the room that they originally gave us. They gave us another room after we discovered bedbugs.
