Sleep Inn & Suites Jerome - Twin Falls

We needed a hotel in a pinch, and were lucky enough to stay here, right outside of Twin Falls, for significantly less money than staying at a hotel in town.

I enjoy the fact that I can bring my dog. The room was clean and had a good bed. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. Will stay again. They also have corrals if you have horses. Nice feature.

Convent to highway and fuel. Room was clean and comfortable. Checked out before breakfast.

If it is a pet-friendly hotel, they need to pay better attention to cleanliness—specifically the elevators and hallways. The smell wasn't pleasant. It would be good if they improved these details.

This is a great place when you’re on a budget and just passing through.

It was fine to stay for the night. We found a couple small beetles in the bathroom, but we managed. That is why I removed one star.

The bed was by far the best part of this stay. We were on a long road trip and needed a place to catch some zzz’s en route. Property was basic and all we cared about was a clean room and comfortable bed which they fully delivered on.

Interior and exterior of property was dirty and not well cared for. Staff was pretty indifferent to guests.

The hotel is just fine and I’m a fan of Sleep Inns. You will have drive to find a restaurant.

Because my actual address is under than 50 miles range of the hotel, the refused to accommodate me. Nevertheless I paid for my stay when I made the reservation, however! They also refused to refund my money which really frustrated me. I told the receptionist that I have plumbing problems in my apartment and this is the first time ever I heard about this policy “50 miles range” so please call your boss, she said call him yourself. They even didn’t mention this stupid policy in their page otherwise I would never reserve.

All the light bulbs were a really bright color temperature. Meaning all the lights were a glaring harsh bright sterile color. The light bulbs should have been a warm color temperature. I felt like I was in an insane asylum.

Check in was great and helpful. Room was clean. We were denied access to breakfast because of a service dog. I explained the law and the female staff member then told me to leave the dog in the room alone. I explained that is not done and she told me she didn't care what I did. Very disappointing as the check in the night before was excellent.
