This hotels room had a modern look and I love it. Breakfast didn’t include any confectionery cake!! Also, our room didn’t clean daily.

The main lobby and breakfast area needs updating. The curtains and chairs were worn. I reported our outlet at the sink was not working. Did this as we left, no thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. Our room was great other than that. Very clean and comfortable.

The property needs TLC. Rusted towel racks, mold in the grout in the shower and the floors were also a little dirty. The towels were old and needs to be replaced with new ones. The breakfast was standard and bland. The area was nice.

The rooms were dirty. Coffee pot in room had old coffee drippings and the cups were not clean. There was mold on the shower curtain. The elevators and ice machines did not work. The smell of the carpet in the hallway was terrible. The paint was peeling off the wall. There was dust and hair in the corners of the rooms. I was booked for an entire week. After one night of sleep and getting no sleep because the A/C in the room did not cool, I checked out. I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The front desk staff did all they could to make my stay better but this place was not ok to stay in.
