Room was huge.

We stayed one night. There were no amenities, not even a bottle of water. The Hotel lost power in the morning and the sercurity guard had us carry out luggage down to the street through the stairwell (We were on the 3rd floor). He wouldn't let us get off at the 2nd floor to use the bridge to the parking garage, We are 72 and 83 years old. This was Outrageous. I will not stay here again

Service was great staff was polite. My room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Little difficult for us old folks to find the correct parking lot. Great staff. Good value. Some good restaurants in walking distance.

Dated, one of the stars died a long time ago. The bathtub was clogged and when asked for help after checking in they said they did not have maintenance staff and they would send someone by 9am. We checked out at 11am without showering as they did not show up.

Parking free, breakfast was good, dinner excellent. We will stay again.

It was only a one night stay but everyone was friendly, professional and helpful.

Always a good stay. First time using the gym there was a lot of equipment. The new restaurant was great and I won $290 in the casino.

Room was really nice, we lost our money at the casino, but that happens lol. My only issue was we had a problem with the air condition in our room and when we called the front desk, they said they would send maintenance up to check it out, but no one ever came. We had it set to the lowest temperature in the room and high fan, but it was still hot in the room

Only two issues, refrigerator was not clean when I checked in. Told the front desk in person and there was a man waiting for me by the time got to my room to clean it. This don't have anything really to do with the hotel but the Casino did not have a poker room. But I wasn't there to gamble so it didn't matter but would if I was. Obviously they lower the price to get you to stay there so you go to the casino but its much cheaper than getting a hotel somewhere else where the price for the quality of room would of been about $150 Highly suggest
