Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro

The only thing I found wrong and it was no biggie was there were no trash bags in the trash cans in the room.

The A/C didn’t work great. We had it set at 67, but it definitely didn’t feel like that. The shower could have been cleaner.

Friendly staff. Floor was sticky throughout our entire hotel room. Shower had dirty footprint stains when we arrived. Toilet would not flush.

For the ADA guest the transfer shower room was the best that I have ever seen or used in the my many various hotel stays

Very quiet and wasn't crowded

Clean room

We love the location, and the breakfast offerings are wonderful!

Staff is excellent.

We had a quick overnight stay traveling through AR. Ryan at check in was very friendly, welcoming and nice. The hotel is clean, comfy beds and near several options for food.

Exceptional

The rooms very clean friendly staff when arrived but the next day the staff that cleans the room at 10 am entered without knocking check out wasn’t till 12. We were still in bed they kept knocking to see if we had left. It was very uncomfortable

I enjoyed my stay as the property was clean, the staff were amazing, but, the carpet needs to be ripped out, at least in my room. It was stinky the whole time and I was too busy to move us to another room so each night we went to bed smelling car old carpet. Or more like it had a wet carpet smell. I was disappointed that they didn’t have the continental breakfast and did not realize it until I was there.

Grill and bar was not open.

Clean and gym was great. Grill and bar was not open.

xvc

Clean room, they have a restaurant in the building and a bar very nice. You can prepay for breakfast when you book your reservation if you like.

Did didn’t even have courtesy drinking water for their customers.

Very friendly check in
