Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center

I’ve stayed in many many hotels worldwide and if available, I always choose Embassy Suites. This Embassy Suites that is located in cute, quaint Jonesboro, Arkansas is hands down, THE best, comfiest, and CLEANEST hotel that I have ever stayed in in my 51 years of life! Not only does this reflect on the name-brand itself, but it says a whole bunch for the front line workers that maintain the cleanliness and upkeep within their walls. ** SHOUTOUT & KUDOS TO HOUSEKEEPING & THE KITCHEN STAFF!!! ** Thank ya’ll for all you do! The hotel had clean, nice staff, and the breakfast waffle station had a wait. They had not restocked the buffet, but it was 9:30, so they were busy and trying to get things stocked back up! The major problem with the pool area, some older kids were loud and unsupervised. My little boy wanted to stay at a hotel and swim for his birthday but did not get to swim. The staff had several complaints about the other kids and shut the pool down around 7:30. They should have made those kids leave and not come back unless it was with parents. With that being said, the pool was very cloudy and needed to be cleaned

Great omelette! Staff was so friendly. Air conditioner works well, bed is comfortable. Shower has nice pressure.

Breakfast is large with lots of options and eating space. Rooms appear to be updated and have great amenities We booked a king suite, but when we checked in we were given a room with two queen beds. We called the front desk and they relocated us to a king studio suite without the adjoining living area. This would've been fine, but we went from a quiet hall to one fully booked with young families. Not a real issue, but it was mildly disruptive

Our room was clean and pleasant, with one exception: The shower curtain had a sour smell to it. We've stayed in many different hotels of different chains, and this always seems to be a problem! The hall carpets need to be cleaned, but overall, our stay there was a very pleasant experience.
