Staff was great Took a staff member and 3 remote to get anything in tv. Did not have breakfast as stated just coffee and cereal no milk no juice 1 piece of bread in a box on counter with roach .

I decided to stay in a hotel on my way to Texas, because I wanted to watch football Sat night. I put everything in my room and then went to eat. When I came back to the room I could not find the remote for the TV. Went to front desk and they did not have a remote. The TV would not function without the remote. Tey saud I could move to another room, I had already brought everything into my room,, setup workinig station for my computer etc. I asked if they could go to the room they were going to have me moved to and get that remote. They said they could not do that. (stupid0

Very dirty. Outside overgrown with weeds, and people just hanging about. Room smelled badly. Decided not to stay there.

Disappointing

Lacking in almost everthing . No artificial sweetner for the coffee or ccereal 2nd day there were nothing to eat except apples and 2 pieces od bread and 3 pkg. butter

These people are always amazing. This trip someone above us was stomping and screaming at each other. Finally about 11pm. I called the desk. 15 minutes later it was quiet. 4 am people sounded drunk screaming in the hallway. At 6 someone was knocking loudly on doors. This really was a 1 time night. Every night we stayed before went great

The price for the room, and location was very convenient for my trip to Jonesboro. N/A

To start with they sent us in a room that wasn't cleaned the bed had been slept in. They changed our room and the room we got was full of cockroachs. We had to go to Walmart and buy bug spray.

Room was a little off and toilet paper holder was coming out of wall and one of the bed covers had holes in it. But still enjoyed the stay

Nothing Very loud music playing until midnight, people very loudly talking and doing laundry all night, got very little sleep would not stay here again. Would not recommend

Parking was great, Our room only had 1 light, the other lights did not work (lamps etc). The room did appear to be clean. The hallways were pretty dirty at the hotel. Staff was friendly.

We got to the room and it was filled with ants and other types of bugs, including in the bed. The restroom was very dirty and the fridge was dirty. We did not stay the night. The front desk person was polite and empathetic to the situation. But they had no other rooms available so we left.
