Not a lot I need a refund from your site because I had to pay twice because it’s no longer best Western and you guys need to call them and they will verify this and you need to credit me back

Nothing Bugs in the bathroom. Did not clean, change towels or empty trash in all the time we were there.

Dog friendly with places for the to walk. Some trash receptacles would have been nice

Both breakfast and location were nice/good Although clean, room had a 'pet odor'. AC was noisy.

Staff was amazing!!!! Location is great if visiting FTIG. Room smelled like old cigarettes.

Convenient. Been here before . Requested room with handicap accessible shower. Was not available. Been here before and was accomodated,dont understand why not this time

Good location to where I needed to be. It had a musty smell to it.

Breakfast was i guess okay. coffee was not hot. Pastries and bagels was stale We arrived the Saturday afternoon. The AC was not working as it should have been, not cold. The hot water for the shower was note even luke warm :(. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels as our room was not made and fresh towels put in. We requested the bedding be changed they did it once. We did turn the "sign" to let room service know to clean but to no avail it was not even looked at.

The room was clean and the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was great! Price, clean, and the free breakfast.

Looks like they are painting. Linens are clean along with most things. Parking lot needs trash picked up. The cigarette butts all over the place at the entrance is pretty nasty.
