Wrong I had my GPS location HISTORY PUTTING ME AT THE HOTEL THE NIGHT WE WERE TO CHECK IN Investigating my claim at the moment.

The next day comes as it was a one night stay and I get a knock on my door at 10:20am and I let him know we will be checking out and he the owner states “okay well the housekeeper wants to clean the room and it’s 10:20 already” , which I mentioned your sign states check out is at 11. To which he responded I guess that’s fine and walked away. *the first time we stayed there was apparently their first time on booking. If you encounter the wife she is lovely and sweet. She even told me we don’t go knocking on doors like other places unless it is after 11am and the person may have fell asleep. (That day we were out at 10:45 the latest which gave me and her time to chat.) Which I totally get. But to knock on a door at 10:20am and asks your customers to leave before your posted check out time and then to be rude and say you guess YOUR POSTED TIME is fine is ridiculous. We will not be staying again.

2nd, the couch/sofa look like a dog had been sleeping in it for years. 3rd, the comforters on the bed had rips on them. 4th, the mattresses were so worn out you were sinking. 5th, the outside of the facilities had office chairs all in front of all the rooms. 6, overall the facilities exterior was very uncapped look like the place was abandoned. Overall, I would not recommend anyone standing in these facilities .

friendly steff... nice quiet place to stay

The room was clean, EXCEPT for a pair of men’s underwear that was found behind one of the mirrors. Most hotels tend to have a cheap smell almost like it’s been in storage but this one did not, room smelled cleaned, looked clean, and had a very modern look to it The location of the property looks shady, not much room to park and I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for a baby!!!! We booked our room on booking and paid up front, only to receive a phone call from the hotel stating they’d be charging and extra $35+ tax for our baby.

The owners politeness The rude racist guests at no fault of the company of course

The management is extremely rude, there is no cold water everything is hot there I’m sorry but if you work 12 hours 108* you don’t want to take a hot shower and sit in a hot room, if your air conditioner is not working they tell you it’s your fault and you don’t know what you are talking about, then they say you can stay or leave but will not be refund. There were plenty of other room available and I politely asked if I could be moved to another room. Then he cussed at me and said I have to leave, so I started packing my truck up at 11:00 at night my time is worth more than dealing with the very rude and disrespectful management, he then calls the cop as I finish packing the truck(in the state of Texas they can revoke your stay without cause the police said, police officer was extremely nice and I suspect this is reoccurring SCAM by the management). I travel for work and I can say by far this is the worst place I have ever stayed and I basically live out of hotels for work.

price had to call a phone number so a attendant showed up the window, locked loby and the receptionist was coughing and sick…I was charged twice on my card and said I would be reimbursed by book.com since they only charge

Nothing I felt like staff were rude, I didnt get room I requested. Recieved dble beds in stead of king size I requested, no cold water and luckily there was 2 beds because one was broken didn't look comfortable at all. I was asked what time i was leaving? I thought check out time was noon time. So I don't think ill stay there again.

You get what you paid for. Low price for cheap room. Given key to room with no door handle. Stains on bed sheets and whole on bathroom door. Place reeked of marijuana.

Large room AC fan couldn’t keep up to cool the room very well

The locations was good. The manager was a nightmare. First he told me that he received my booking.com AFTER he sold out of all king size bed rooms. Then he offered me a double bed room. When I accepted, he then started questioning me about the amount of people I would have staying with me. I told him several times that it was just myself and my husband. Then he asked me if I wanted housekeeping in the morning. I asked him if I could just get more linen, in order to decline housekeeping. He made a big deal about having to send the linen out for cleaning so I said yes to housekeeping since I couldn’t get the extra. Of course, once again, he made a big deal about me asking for extra linen, insinuating that I had more people staying with me. Not sure where he got this notion from if I initially booked for a king size bed. So at this point, I’m starting to get frustrated and asked him did he want to look in my vehicle for other people. Then he asked me if I wanted a smoking room. I said yes if he had one. If not, that’s fine too. Then he got an attitude telling me that they are all non-smoking. On my receipt, he drew in extra lines and made me initial each one, claiming that my credit card needs to see each area initialed by me. I don’t know why he was giving me so many issues. It was starting to become late, we had just traveled in on an emergency regarding family. These issues were NOT what we wanted to deal with along with the stress of what we were already dealing with. So Monday afternoon when we are already home, he calls me and accuses me of stealing his linen. I know exactly where I placed the linen bc he had made such a big deal over it and I told him such. I made the following comment. If we left Sunday early morning, and it’s Monday afternoon, that means y’all didn’t clean the room for a while day and a half. He then said there is no housekeeping on Sunday. So my question is ... why was there such a big deal made about linen and sending it out to be “cleaned” immediately?
