Comfort Inn & Suites Jupiter I-95

Broken Air Conditioning, Horrible Rude front desk Staff! Room was dirty, with a peach pits on the floor hair in the tub and black mold in the bathroom. Multiple rooms had mildew and mold with broken AC throughout the hotel.

Rooms were large with very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and pool area was nice and relaxing.

The rooms were clean and the staff were always very friendly, helpful, and accomodating!

Very clean hotel and great staff. The beds were very good as just replaced them. The hotel great location as needs some renovations but great price for Jupiter

My stay was a good stay. Easy going. Nice breakfast. The bed and pillows was super comfy which is very important to me and it is rare to find a hotel that has both comfortable bed sets. The sheets were clean and had a nice feel. I recommend when in Jupiter. Also access to I95 was great.

The key entry could use some work, had to do it 2 or more times to enter room and the ice machine on the 1 st and the 3rd floor was out of order. we had to go tho forth floor to get ice, but all else was great. Thank you

Great and accommodating staff easy access to a lot of surrounding restaurants and gas stations right off of I-95. Would definitely recommend for a one or maybe two nights stay.

Elevator was broken. I'm handicap so I couldn't stay there.

This stay was great, the staff was helpful. Even when the fire alarm the maintained their composure and assisted everyone. I'm truly grateful for them. The room was very nice and clean. Chris, Skylar, and Shannon were the best. The singing house keeper was an inspiration. The staff at the breakfast bar was great. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Kris was very helpful with our large party. It goes down hill when Saturday night fire alarm, 11:30pm, had us evacuate. From then on, the elevator was out of order. We're on the 4th flr, no one ever asked if we would like a room change to a lower floor. It would have been nice if someone from the hotel reached out to ask how we were or gave us an option. I will never stay here again because no one made an attempt to reach out to any of us. We had 5 rooms, you could have talked to anyone.

location Havinging the fire alarm going off at 10:30 pm for a good half hour/ waking up and finding out the elevator not working and walking down 4 flights of stairs.

Room was clean but shower was very old. Convenient location, staff was nice. Breakfast was adequate. Rug in room smelled a little musty..
