Unfortunately this is not going to be a favorite Ritz on my list - the hotel is good for those who want to spend all their time on the beach as it is located far north on the island. The room cleaning staff didn’t replenish amnesties (vanity kit, bath soak, water, etc) daily; the menus of the restaurants offer limited selections and some dishes tasted awful. The quality of service did not match the price.

    Amazing place!

It was a beautiful property tucked away on the north shore. The bungalows are secluded and peaceful. We got to watch surfers at all times of the day from our room

Not worth the money for the price. Never did find any good food at the resort. Want a better option, four seasons down the road is 5 star quality

Had an amazing view from my suite. Looked out over the beach and down the coast a ways. Beach was OK, a little small and rocky in spots. Food was really good, especially in the Beach House, but VERY expensive. Be prepared to pay $100 per person at least for dinner, more with cocktails or wine. Really only one breakfast restaurant and the buffet was $55, a plate of eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast: $38. There are a couple of daily charges that I wasn't aware of until I got the bill: something called a resort fee around $50 and another $50 for valet parking. Turtle Bay golf course was one of the best I've ever played, and a pretty good deal at $285. Bring lots of cash or room on your credit card... I suppose it's worth doing at least once

    Room smells like bleach

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The beach wasn’t clean had dead woods on the beach went to the hotel pool they were over crowded beside that the hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly the view was nice

    Great North Shore destination

I didn't like the cleaning staff nor did I like the text message concerige. This St Regis is too touristy no beds for the pool and I felt like their were locals not staying at the hotel sitting in the beds. the pool staff were not interested in helping and too busy on their phones. The towels, slippers, and bath products were cheap and mass production very much reminding me of a 2 star hotel. The rooms need to be updated the old original frigerators in the rooms are old and cheap.
