This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was a very upscale hotel with great amenities, including an indoor pool, elevator, very nice and elaborate breakfast and indoor hallways. We stayed (accidentally) in the honeymoon suite, which was exceptional. The only small thing that was a bit negative was the road noise during the day. At night it was good. Fantastic stay and will definitely highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, and staffs are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast dining place is spacious with nice mountain view. Although the lobby is facing the highway, it is very quiet in the guestroom. If a 5-mile no-traffic driving to Kalispell city center does not bother you, it is a good choice for staying.

This is a great place to stay, but after Covid, they should update the mattresses because it was a hard sleep. But everything else about this place is amazing.

Upon arrival we had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in. When we finally got our room it was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. My husband referred to them as “chicklets” as they were so small. Breakfast was great. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly. There was no restaurant on property and not many nearby. I attempted a trip to the front desk again to see if I could get a paper plate one night and there was nobody to be found. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel.

Then assigned a room that someone else was already occupying. We opened the door to a gentleman sitting on his bed. Horrible situation. She wasn’t overly concerned about it at all.

Place was nice, reception excellent unfortunately bar is shut due to no barman which is a shame. Rooms need updating especially carpets but comfy and roomy. Breakfast good.

Great breakfast and the staff was very polite. A 4 star rating because the front counter person wasn’t around for check in or check out. For check in it was over 20 minutes.
