The beds were comfortable. The couches are stained in the room, and the sheets were worn. The chairs in the lobby are the same. Bathrooms can use some detail cleaning, and the tub was gross. The water in the tub did not drain properly. Coffee machine in the room did not work as well, finally the elevator button was broken. Overly priced for my stay, and I will not recommend this hotel. This is my first review and I normally do not complain, but I paid 835.00 dollars for 2 rooms 311 and 313. 2 nights which is alot of money for this kind of stay. Redo your website as there is no pool!

rooms OK but needs some updating . Just a B- on clean room.

Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Please note: Breakfast is not free like so many other hotels, but there are IHOPs and Cracker Barrels within driving distance. Breakfast is available, but you must pay for it, and choices are limited. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The pool is currently out of commission. There is a Walmart and other shopping near the hotel, and Door Dash is very convenient if you want to order restaurant food to be delivered to your door.

The bathroom had a nice supply of the soap, lotion etc. But the bathtub/shower has seen better days! I might return once the rooms/suites are renovated with a working thermostat!

Skip this hotel. Room was outdated and dirty. Mold in the shower, a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom, dirty mirror, counter and sink. The carpet was filthy, the air conditioner and mini fridge were both dirty. The sofa had stains on it and I had to put a towel on it to sit on it and there wasn't a coffee table in the room as shown in the picture. The window in the room was covered with a white film that covered the majority of the window. The pool has been closed for "repairs" for three years according to the front desk staff. The restaurant was closed. There was mold in the ice machine and the vending machine was out of order. The lobby was also dirty and the sliding lobby door glass was held in with black duct tape.

Really good hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Good rooms with working AC.

Disappointed the pool/hot tub not working should have put on the website it was down i would have booked somewhere else.

Property every outdated

We got two rooms, one of which was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was no different than the other room. We were told they couldn't make changes because they were booked. When I went to the Walmart next door at 9:45 pm, there were 15 cars total in the mostly empty lot. For some reason, we keep staying here though the pool has been closed for years. It's supposed to be open this summer. Breakfast isn't included although similar price hotels often do. The staff was friendly and helpful on a positive note. Clean, decent hotel but not what we expected for a Wyndham Garden.

Place is ok for a place to stay. It is dated and is showing its age. Could use a refurbish and update. For the price compared to surrounding properties it is ok.

My entire family was here for a siblings funeral. There was nowhere to gather other than the lobby area. The staff was so gracious, letting us spend all our time outside of the wake and services in the lobby together, talking, laughing, and crying. It was a beautiful weekend being able to comfort each other. Thank you!

The rooms were dirty, stained black marks on the couches not what the pictures were advertised of the hotel every room that was given to us to check was dirty
