Loved the bar and restaurant. Kept us from having to venture out after a long day.

Close to the highway and was able to get to the places we wanted to visit within minutes. Hotel stay was nice, but it's a bit annoying that parking and breakfast aren't free. It's the first hotel I've stayed at where I had to pay for breakfast, and the only protein offered was pork sausage. Not a lot of variety. Parking in their garage is $10 a night.

my room was great. parking was great, convenient and happy to pay a fee and able to easily get to from my vehicle. swimming pool was nice. restaurant was also nice.

Only issue was the bed was uncomfortable. Staff and hotel was nice.

They were helpful finding keys that we lost.

The front desk guy seems to be more confrontational than helpful. They need to hire someone who enjoys their job because it definitely isn’t him. Continental Breakfast was included in my reservation from Travelocity. He tried to tell me it wasn’t. I’ll check my final bill to see if they charged it to my room and if so dispute it. It is NOT worth $8 or more a person. Parking is about $14 a day which is not mentioned. The bathroom near the front desk area were completely disgustingly filthy. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. Seem to be more about making $$ than providing great customer service.

I could’ve given this property a much higher rating because the room was nice, the location was convenient to where I needed to be in Kansas City, and the price was right. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room ran constantly, and the noise was annoying unless I kept that door closed. I notified the front desk, but it was pretty late at night when I checked in and the very sweet clerk was alone and so I told her it was fine to leave it until the next day – that I could live with it overnight, but it didn’t get fixed the next day while I was out and about. I didn’t go to the front desk to inform them – I had some time constraints and thought the message would be conveyed. Also, the Wi-Fi never worked in my room. I always got a message saying cannot connect and the problem is probably us, not you, but that didn’t fix the problem. So those two elements of the visit tarnished what would’ve been a much better experience. I would still stay here again. I would just be more of a squeaky wheel about issues.

Beds where comfortable and the shower had pretty decent water pressure. They have garage parking that's paid parking, but next door is a homeless shelter. If I'd know this prior to our booking wouldn't have chose this location. Way over priced on drinks and snacks for example a bottle of water was $6.00, sodas where $4.00 for a 20oz bottle small bag of chips was $5.00 No vending machine/no ice machine at all as sign said out of order. Yes this was a Hilton hotel but one that is very lacking all the way around. $252 for 1 night was not a good bargain when you have to pay for breakfast, ice at another off site location since was all broken. Checking out had to wait for the gentlemen to finish a call with what sounded like a very unhappy customer as well. After waiting for him to complete the call he just looked at us like we was there bothering him. Seemed very frustrated and unfriendly.

Room was not clean, shower was dirty, no shampoo in bathroom. No batteries in remote when we tried watching tv. Sheets had burn holes in them.
