    Advertised indoor heated pool, was not, was told by onsite staff not heated - an indoor pool in a room a/c @ 70 degrees offers a pool to cold to use; walls thin can here conversations next door; breakfast marginal, coffee weak; cannot recommend

    We booked this hotel strictly for the indoor heated pool for the kids - only to find out that the pool was not working and it was super cold.

    I had a 2 night stay. I dont recall seeing anything that told me the house keeping was on alternate days. Regardless. The one full day I was there someone came into my room and adjusted the curtains yet didnt do any house keeping. Why did they enter the room if not doing the house keeping? Odd

    The room had a bad smell and hallways were very warm. There was a smell of mildew that was strong. The staff that checked us in was somewhat rude, but the staff in the morning was very helpful. The morning staff held an item we had left so we could pick it up at a later time.

    Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Best option for a hotel in the area. Quiet. Breakfast had hot options and make your own waffles but no muffins or fruit. Would book here again.

    Good location The amount debited from my account is more than what was in my reservation. I was also charged twice for one night due to migration to a new system as claimed by the front desk staff. Why should your customers account be over charged due to your internal operation issues ?????? This is so unfair. There was not prior notification...very bad Limited breakfast options and the timing is not so convenient. It should be extended to 10pm The cleaner only made the bed and left the floor of the room dirty

    This was a nice clean place. Good location I had pre paid through booking.com but the front desk clerk would not believe that I paid and refused to let me check in which by the way it was 4 pm and my room was not ready. Very annoying so what am I supposed to do? Gave him my credit card and I was charged twice! American Express told me to go back to booking.com for the refund. Good luck with that. Between AI and foreign customer service was not able to get a refund. So then I called Fairfield. They have refunded the extra charge. (Still not showing on credit card statement) but can’t get back the 2 hours dealing with this. Lesson learned. Will never use booking.com again. Sorry. Your customer service is awful. Also, train your front desk people!
