I stayed two nights and both nights at 11:30pm the fire alarms went off un my room. Was not restful and would not stay again unless that issue is resolved!

I decided to ask the staff of there any rooms available even though check-in was at 3 pm and I was early. Before I could even finish my sentence, the rude staff member decided to utter with a high tone. We don't have any rooms. We don't . We don't., his coworker came on and che Only 5 minutes after he said that his coworker came in for the next shift and helped another customer who was in the same situation. I am guessing the lazy staff member did not want to help. Horrible. I am never staying at this hotel again.

I really don’t have anything negative to say. The stay was very good.

It was close to the event I was attending. The room #123 was musty and stinky when we checked in. The front desk gave me some Fabreeze to spray the room. We did then went to our event. Upon returning, the carpet by ac was soaking wet, the room had a horrible odor again. Then my husband pulled the covers back on the bed and there was a roach. There was also one crawling up the wall.
