This place was exactly what I needed - no frills but a helpful staff and clean . Lots of space too - plus the bathroom had a modern shower and sink. Not luxury but budget friendly .

The website said there was wifi available, but it didn't work well at reception and none in the room. We were also going to have dinner when they said we could come at 9, and they knew we were coming, but when we arrived they told us they were closed due to low activity when they knew we were going to eat. No fridge. Housekeeping at 8 in the morning. Did not look the same as the photos.

Surprising that a hotel that is otherwise excellent does not have internet access except at the front desk. Inconvenient.

This hotel was nice and clean. The hotel is dated but well kept. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was also good

They had no Internet. It’s been down almost a year now. That was very disappointing. The place looked deserted when we were there maybe 5 to 6 other cars. I definitely wouldn’t waste my time there. Definitely not worth the money!

They advertise free in room WIFI, not true. No WIFI at all and Cell service was horrible. Check in at 3:00 our room not ready until 3:30 and the hotel was empty. AC did not work in our room and TV cable did not work. they sent us to another room and that AC did not work either in that room. On site restaurant food just okay for high prices. Overall experience was horrible for the over price of $250 a night.

The staff member who checked us in was so pleasant, knew her job and extremely helpful. I appreciated that.

I Also found a half drunk cup of Sprite(?) in my room when I checked in.

The staff were all so understanding welcoming and nice! Thank you!

This hoel advertises “WiFi” however when we arrived they told us the property had no WiFi one of the reasons I booked this stay because of that feature. Not good! The property was clean but not necessarily the best run. Restaurant hours change, not the set hours as advertiised. I don’t think I would stay here again. Even though there are few hotels/motels in the area. The rooms could use a facelift.

The staff. The lady at the front desk was very nice and really tried to help me out with the room issues. My first room had no curtain in the shower and the A/C was not working and the thermostat was hanging from the wall. They switched me to another room and the A/C was not working and the thermostat looked from the 70's. Finally, on the third room everything was working fine.

This town only has 2 hotels and with its location to several popular tourist destinations they charge what they want. For 200 a night plus a separate 30 dollar room charge all you get is a bed and shower. It was a clean room so no complaints there it’s just expensive for what you get. If you stay there don’t expect much. No microwave, fridge, hair dryer nothing. I was traveling for work and didn’t have any choice because the other hotel was 340 a night.
-
The only criticism is they advertise free wi-fi on their website and also Hotels.com website and they don’t have wi-fi available at all anywhere on their premises for guests. Also it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room so we could have cold drinks.

Would definitely stay again!

A decent hotel in a remote area with a good restaurant. It is a bit dated though. The room was very plain, and I don't recall a fridge in the room.
-
We actually did not stay at the property but we had a family issue the day we arrived and had to continue back to catch an earlier flight. Staff was so understanding and refunded our reservation! So thankful for the staff here and very professional.

The hotel charged pet fee of $75. Nothing listed on website. Wifi that was advertised..none existent. Room was in slight disarray...spider webs from ceiling to the TV. Tub was dirty and overall experience was lacking. Would only recommend if nothing else is available.

The check in staff and maintenance staff were pleasant Web site advertised beautiful pool. Not in working order could have also been advertised. Traveling with 5 children. We moved rooms three times before finding a room with working air conditioning and working TV. Emailed manager but no reply and it’s been 2 days so far.

Hotel is not attached to main check-in and restaurant.

Grateful they had no wi-fi. A welcome break. A little bird kept trying to build anest above one of the outside doors. Hope she found a more suitable location. Didn’t spend time in the dining room or the pool. Too much to do I. The area. Clean and restful place to stay
