The place was clean, the bed was a little to squishy for my liking. The staff was very nice and helpful. The one thing that frustrates me is the cheap small soap and shampoo.

10/10 stay. Staff were extremely communicative and called me to ask when I’d be arriving the day of. This was fantastic as I was planning on arriving late, so accommodations were made for a late check-in. Room was great, property was great, location was convenient and safe.

Excellent front desk. Although located directly across the street from the airport, the rooms are quite. Room clean and comfortable.

The only problem I had is I had accidentally locked myself out of my room about 9:40 pm. The lobby was locked. I had left my room and phone key in the room. I knocked on the door of another guest and asked if I could use their phone to call the night manager. I called twice and did not get a call back. I didn’t know what to do and had to end up breaking in the door or I would have had to spend the night in my car. I would suggest having the lobby open later or having a night manager who answers the phone or answers message promptly. Other that then that I like the property and would stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, centered in the heart of Kenai. Close to everything, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are always clean, and they allow pets if you let them know ahead that you want a room that accommodates them. The staff/lobby hours could be extended. There is no service or check in after 7pm, but they do provide a call number for late night questions.

Good location in Kenai. The lobby was cozy with drinks and snacks. A second comfy chair would be nice. The bathroom had a smell, but if you kept the door closed it was OK.

Score of 9 because no hotel is perfect, but this place is like home. Great stay. Just like being at home?. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend your place, I certainly will. Reasonable price, great location, and friendly staff. Not quite used to the midnight sun, but I got over it…LOL Thank you again. So quiet, I over slept..!
