Everything was great, the staff was amazing, clean rooms, I recommend this hotel a lot!

There was only one elevator working for a six story hotel which was not convenient having to wait a while for the elevator. The crews were there the next day after our check in but they came super early and even though we were on the 4th floor, you could hear the noise. I paid for a Suite with pool view but got something facing the parking lot. I asked the agent at the desk about it and he told me that it didn't matter the cost or the location. Now for those of us who travel a lot and have worked in hotels before know that is not true. Location and Suite matter. I don't like people who are dishonest because they think you don't know any better. Parking was sufficient but the location of the hotel is a little out of the way.

Hotel was okay and was clean.

There was a small roach that I seen but other than that. ….. nice hotel, great breakfast

Absolutely nothing, it smelled like straight cigarettes once you walk in and the bathroom was very dirty. As soon as you enter the hotel it smells like cigarettes.. the bathroom in the room we walked in for less than 30 mins was dirty. People outside of the hotel drunk and arguing. I had to check out on 2 hours after I checked in due to a family emergency and when I spoke to the general manager he told me he could not refund me for the other night I did spend there due to me booking my reservations on booking.com I contacted booking.com and they understood my situation and when they called the hotel and spoke with the general manager the GM denied to give me a refund. All I asked was to be refunded for one night but of course the general manager was not understanding at all of the loss I had and just said no.. I did not argue as i believe God will handle him due time come.

I recommend exelen place very clean very good and healthy breakfast I love it

Place was fine, but it was really far from the city (uber is going to be expensive, if staying more than 2 or 3 days without renting a car), there were not restaurants at walking distances and the breakfast was really lacking.

The shower don’t work properly
