Dirty bedding in sofa bed, keys not working had to go down stairs like 3 or 4 times. Shower head not on the shower they had it soaking in CLR next to sink. Had reserved 2 suites with sofa bed in each room. When I got there only 1 suite available. Only gave 5 dlls coupon for their snack room. Didn't even used it tired of going down stairs for keys not working. Dirty table in suite had to clean it our selves.

First of all 2nd floor smelled. Second elevators were not working properly. Did not have essentials like sauce pans to cook. Bathroom shower was dirty. Pillows felt that did not have any suport. Internet was not working properly. Will never book again with them or their branches. The only good thing was the big refrigerator.

Beds were not comfortable and pillows are too soft. Elevators didnt work and the whole third floor smelled of Marijuana smoke.

It was quiet and at a good location. It was close enough to all amenities I needed! Staff was friendly and quick to respond and helpful with any questions I asked!

Unfortunately we slept so well we didn’t get up on time for breakfast. The location of this hotel is awesome and just a few steps from Walmart. Honestly everything was great, we will be back!

I was upset to hear that IHG no longer gives points for stays unless the booking is through their website. This will affect where I choose to stay next time. Facility was OK but there are no perks like breakfast. Also no paper cups or other amenities in bathroom.

First room they sent me to was dirty and I think people were still using it. Front desk clerk was put out when I asked for another room. Next room’s TV was not working. Front desk line was busy all evening, so did without a TV. Window AC unit was leaking water, carpet was wet out in front of it. This hotel has not put any money back into itself. Overall very dingy.

Rooms with kitchens are big, employees were great! Walmart is within walking distance. Would stay again.
