It was amazing. We will be back

Everything about this place worked well; free parking, nearby campus and all the restaurants. The only down side was the strong smell of smoke in our room
-
We really enjoyed our stay and love the downtown Kent location.
-
convenient, 4th floor noisy due to ventilation/roof system
-
We stay here every football game! Love the location.
-
Perfect location for visiting Kent State and enjoy all the downtown shops and restaurants.
-
Excellent staff, resolved an issue with regard to a double booking via Expedia. It sure saved me $$ and a probably saved me any potential difficulty with Expedia!
-
There were many other businesses that were easily walkable from the hotel. Kent has plenty of crosswalks to use.
-
Beautiful room, excellent staff, very nice restaurant, awesome workout room! Truly enjoyed our stay here.
-
The room was perfect and very clean. The staff was professional and polite. This is the only place we will stay when we visit the area and we are never disappointed.
-
Parking is the issue here, I figured I’d park on the street and there’s no overnight parking. Have to use paid parking in a garage across the block

Amazing

This was a great value for an excellent hotel in Kent.
-
It was a very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. My one issue is that the swimming pool was not what I was expecting. It was kinda small and oddly shaped. But everything else was perfect.
-
The Check in staff were friendly and everything was clean. Great location.
-
Súper clean, friendly helpful staff, easy parking, located in a heart of Kent. Bed and bedding so comfy! Would definitely stay here again.
-
Nice locay right on campus, close to lots of fun stuff
-
Convent to location Friendly staff
-
The room rate listed on the Expedia site was not the true price. The actual price was higher. There are frat houses all around this hotel which made the evenings noisy. Not the best hotel. I’ll never stay there again. There were other issues but Expedia kept flagging my revue.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location.
