Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Very nice employees.

My stay was thoroughly enjoyed!! The cleanliness, the staff, the room, also amenities superb!!! A couple things that needed attention.. the tiny freezer had frost buildup so thick, I couldn't store my ice cream in it. And finalizing, a continental breakfast would add a huge plus to the stay. I believe the advertising states Breakfast, but perhaps there's small print I missed. Overall, VERY NICE STAY!!

Staff was horrible, if your coming with kids make sure they’re not there to have fun because they are allowed to kick you out

Very nice hotel with in-house amenities (bar, restaurant, pool, gym) and located right in the heart of the downtown area and a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, the Portage Trail, etc.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower had some mildew and could use a good scrub. The AC unit made a loud grinding noise. The breakfast server was very nice.

Clean, comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Traveling as a single female I felt very safe at hotel and around the town.

Hotel starting to show some age. Shower tiles and shower ceiling had signs of water damage or grout discoloration.

We were driving whole day and got to the hotel really late around 9:30pm. We were all starving. Luckily hotel has restaurant/bar opens late topro ide food.

Exceptional

Good breakfast at Nineteen Ten; the waitress was handling everything by herself but was so gracious and helpful. Comfortable, spacious rooms. The location is great—in the middle of cute shops and good restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and located conveintly downtown. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from the hotel. The room itself was clean and well maintained. However, I found the lighting to be poor. The lights by the bed were only 40 watts and made it difficult to read. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful and this is a great place to stay if you are visiting campus, especially if you are brining a prospective student to visit Kent State.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row for the Kent Blues Fest. It is always very clean with a friendly staff. Very convenient location.
