The gentleman at the front desk who helped me out, (C Note) you know who you are, was fantastic! All the young men who worked the front bell stand are absolutely fantastic as well! Everybody there was just absolutely fantastic and phenomenal!

This was my first time staying at Keswick Hall, and it was to meet with business associates. The staff was a delight to work with, and they made sure all of our needs, as well as our expectations, were met.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful! We were only there for 1 night so not able to take advantage of all the amenities. The Front Desk clerk was new and did not provide all information about the property. The instructions on how to get to our room were incorrect. We decided to have a drink in the lounge and upon entering both staff members were fully engaged in their conversation. We asked if we could select our own area to sit and were told yes, but not in a friendly welcoming manner, more annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation. The level of Customer Service did not meet the level of the property or prices they charge. We were glad to have dinner at Marigold which was an incredible experience.

Fantastic property.

Most importantly, they’re pet friendly and my “boys”, Louie and Logan are treated like rock stars. Great walking grounds, and the rooms are fabulous where you just want to stay in and relax.

Everyone and everything was wonderful

Beautiful resort with amazing staff and service. From the bellman to the check in staff and restaurant waitstaff, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The area behind the lobby had comfortable seating and board games by a warm fireplace. Multiple tennis courts and year around heated outdoor pool were wonderful amenities. Will definitely come back!

We've returned to Keswick three times during the past 12 months, and we will do so again many times into the future. This is "our" go-to 5 Star resort for a mini-vacation...the best in Virginia.

We had a wonderful stay. David was absolutely amazing. He made sure our every need was met and was an excellent guide being it was our first time. Hope to see you all again soon!

Keswick Hall is an amazing property if you are looking to stay just outside of Charlottesville in a quiet area but still have all the amenities you could ask for. Their rooms are beautiful with gorgeous marble bathrooms. So many little touches that make a difference like having controls for the room lighting by each bed. Breakfast at Marigold was delicious. We got coffees and pastries at the little shop near the lobby on our last morning which was also wonderful. The property is so peaceful and pretty to walk around. We haven’t gotten to enjoy the pools as we have only visited here in early spring but they are beautiful as well

Would be great if there was a coffee machine in the room.

First time staying at this property. It lived up to all expectations. From David, who greeted us at the door, and after seeing my mobility issues, told us to leave the car in easy access parking space at the front door. To the room, which was beautiful and clean and to the front desk staff who were very helpful.
