We were pleasantly surprised at our stay in Ketchikan, Alaska staying at the Inn at Creek Street staying in a suite. Location was excellent, room comfortable with all the amenities needed. Staff had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. The nearby creek provided an opportunity to watch salmon, seals, bald eagles and several close hiking trails. Shopping was walking distance, I would definitely stay here again Beautiful welcome to Alaska. 5/5

The property is in a good location. It is near the salmon run, many great restaurants and great locally owned businesses.

They provided us a shuttle to and from both the airport and the ferry. Also great recommendations on local food and activities.

Location can't be beat, walking distance to almost everything. Watched local kids catching salmon from the bridge out our front window. We had two one-night stays. Outside our first room was a nice patio, from which we saw a black bear about 25 feet from us tearing apart a salmon. He stood up when he saw us and ambled off carrying his fish. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, if not a little small, but perfect for our 18-hour stays on the way to and from Petersburg. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They'll do whatever it takes to make you happy - except they wouldn't let me carry my 50-lb duffle up the stairs ... damn

Very quaint hotel in downtown Ketchikan. We were able to walk to dinner AND breakfast. Room was small and had a little trouble adjusting the water in the shower. Bed very comfortable. Employees very responsive and helpful when we needed a cab or had any questions.

Peaceful, spacious and functional, jet-tub was perfect, kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Everything waa great!

Amenities great - couldn't ask for any more than coffee at a little table on the deck watching the little bear eating salmon (& the cruise ship tourists walking by)

Austin picked us up from the ferry, showed us around and made us feel at home.

The Inn at Creek Street isn't a single location. They have several different properties. We stayed in the New York Hotel, a century old building. This was NOT a typical hotel room. This place had charm and character you won't find at a typical hotel. The price wasn't bad either considering it was tourist season in Alaska. Room was on the second floor up a STEEP set of stairs. No elevator. Staff person carried our luggage up to our room, but we were on our own getting it down.
