Enjoyed our stay would stay there again

Breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day. The chef was friendly and a joy to chat with. The pool was a great option and a nice bonus. Happy hour was nice but a suggestion would be to add a white sangria as some can’t have red wines. Overall great experience I would go back!!!

Our second time. Love it. Comfy, clean, convenient. We’ll be back again soon.

We only stayed a night to party on Duval street and it was perfect. The property is so pretty and only 2 blocks from Duval, so easy to just go back and forth to your room. The staff is so nice and friendly such a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and probably extend our stay to more then just one night next time.

We have been to Key West 4 times. This is our first time at Ridley House. We loved it!!!! Everyone associated with the hotel couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay here. Things were very clean. We stayed in Room 6 that had a front balcony. Our first 30 minutes there we actually locked ourselves out on the balcony. 😜 Help was there swiftly. Be sure to use the lock latch to catch the door behind you. Otherwise it will lock you out. Bring ear plugs so the roosters don’t wake you at 4AM. Easy walk to anywhere on the island. We loved Fort Zachary Beach. Breakfast was served every morning as well.

The staff were AMAZING. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean with great air conditioning. The historic aspect of this house was architecturally stunning and was among others that lined to streets in Old Town, Key West. It was in walking distance to great restaurants, Mallory Square and an amazing sunset. My favorite part was the breakfast that was served each morning. It had five star quality buffet with several options to choose from. I would highly recommend staying at the Ridley House.

Sangria happy hours were nice as was the breakfast setup. No storage for suit cases since room did not have dresser. Had a big closet, but nothing to put suitcases on.

Cecilly was helpful in allowing us to store our luggage while waiting for the room. We were fortunate to get a little earlier checkin. There are multiple options for dining all within a few blocks. Duval is 2 blocks away with many options for dining and lots of stores. The hotel is darling, nestled in dense tropical vegetation. The room was cozy and very clean. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning was excellent that’s another bonus you don’t always get in hotels. They have a sangria happy hour near the pool every day that is a nice touch. The pool is perfect for cooling off. There was some debris floating in the pool but with all of the plants around it’s nearly impossible for them to keep it perfectly clean. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. It’s served in the kitchen from 8-10. Not your typical hotel danish and boxed cereal. It’s freshly cooked eggs, bacon and several options for bagels and the “waffles, OMGOODNESS”. Fresh fruit, and juices. Loved it here! We will be back! ❤️

The property staff were beyond friendly, helpful and professional. Craig in the front office was especially helpful and pleasant. The breakfast has a nice variety and very convenient. The overall property is cute. I did notice some things that needed to be fixed (broken drawer, etc). A solid option that is in a convenient location to walk all of downtown.

Impossible to eat breakfast outside because of mosquitoes. Pool was dirty.
-
cool place with very comfortable room. Excellent location with easy walk to all the fun in Key West. pretty expensive, but then in February everything in Key West was expensive. It was in line with everything else.
-
Location. Has seen better days. In bad shape. Poorly maintained. Pool broken all during our stay. Thermostats broken. Safe broken. Dirty. Dust accumulations everywhere. Stains all over the sofa. Broken table. Nicks and scuffs on paint and woodwork. Bathroom sink missing parts. We were told “no milk” when I asked for some milk to put on my cereal. Inefficient breakfast layout means guests must make multiple trips through tiny kitchen to get their breakfast items to eat outside. No bacon if you don’t get there early. Disorganized. Dirty glassware in our room which maid never changed even though requested.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast each morning was great, and the location was perfect. A few areas for improvement would be a more thorough cleaning of the room beyond just tidying up, a more expanded happy hour offering in addition to the sangria hour, and a little more upkeep to the grounds.

Loved our stay but it was very noisy from street cars, buses, trucks and rosters. Extremely loud

Very nice! Will stay again!

Staff and location was very good. Room was clean and breakfast was really good
-
Great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly
-
Uber walkable. Rooms were updated and soacious Only thing was that you could hear the trash truck running that morning but it was in/out of the area pretty quickly
