The staff was friendly. The room and hotel facility was clean. The breakfast was very good, but we got there a little late so they were out of a few things (our fault for going down later). The hot tub was out of order, but we didn't have time to use it anyway. The only complaint I have is about the parking; very limited, tight spaces, but the staff accommodated us just fine. We will stay here again because it completely met our needs for the weekend.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely sofa. The food selections ran out and there was no coffee the entire time I was there. I don't think anyone was staffing the breakfast room. The hot tub was out of commission.

The staff was very good. Breakfast was not, generally out of coffee. Very messy, not cleaned up after there guests had left, The whole building is in need of updating.

So we have stayed multiple times and it’s been great. However, this time they did not have the king room we reserved available. They said they were low on staff. Offered us 2 queens and said we would not be charged for parking or facility fee all week. We were still charged for the week. They only honored that for one day. On day 2, the air conditioning didn’t work. They said they had no maintenance available and switched us to a king suite. We did enjoy the view. Overall the premises seemed unclean, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast wasn’t very good and they didn’t restock it when it was gone on the days we tried it. Loved the view,

Property was nice, room was clean and what we expected. But the A/C was a constant problem. Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. A few hot sleepless nights def contributed to a lousy experience

The sheets were torn. The air conditioning was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The cabinet that the refrigerator in was shredded. I’ve tried to contact the hotel via the phone with no answer and I’ve tried to make contact online with no help.

What a nice place. They did not have the room available that we booked on expedia so they upgraded our party to two rooms right next to each other! The views were amazing. The breakfast was great. The coffee was even good:) The staff was as nice as could be. It was literally steps away to a fun little bar/restaurant with a pool table and foozball- so the kids had a great time. The beds were comfortable. I have zero complaints and would happily stay there again.

Good location. The room temperature was 77 degrees, way too hot for sleeping and no windows would open. Front desk brought a little fan that just blew around the hot air. They said we could move to another room one floor down but it was even hotter! The halls were hot, the breakfast area was hot. Beds were soft and caused a back ache. Not ever staying there again.

There were not enough towels or toilet paper in the room. By the 3rd day I had to use Kleenex in place of TP. The shower gel was empty, the lotion container was empty, water bottles (for a fee) were not sealed (probably filled with tap water) so not useable. The glasses in the room were visibly dirty; the ice machine was broken. There was no outlet at the desk and the lamp was broken, no other table/work surface. No one answered the phone in housekeeping for the entirety of my stay and no operator after 4:00 pm. We had no housekeeping service – EVER!! I discovered that there was only one employee for 103 rooms! The young woman at the front desk had to leave the desk to bring me towels. The worst thing was that there is absolutely no security. All doors were unlocked 24/7, not even after-hours key swipe. When the front desk personnel left her post for any reason there was no staff on hand watching the doors. Anyone could enter, use the hot tubs, or roam the halls. It felt very unsafe.

Pet friendly, location, views, breakfast included. The firepit should be able to use at night. The tank was empty and no extras available. Disappointing. Many people wanted to use. Bathrooms, shower tiles need updating.

Our experience began with a major mistake by the front desk staff member, Rochelly. She first issued us keys to a room that was already occupied. Imagine opening a hotel room door only to discover someone else was already staying there. We returned to the front desk, where she apologized and gave us keys to a different room. Shockingly, that room was also occupied. After two serious errors, instead of finding a proper solution or apologizing sincerely, we were informed that the hotel had been overbooked and that we would have to leave. We were effectively asked to check out in the middle of the night, leaving us to find another hotel at a very late hour. This was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was Rochelly’s attitude. Rather than handling the situation with empathy, professionalism, or respect, she was dismissive, aggressive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. We also felt that we were treated differently than other guests, which made the entire experience even more upsetting. Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled defines the quality of customer service. Issuing keys to two occupied rooms is a serious security and privacy failure. Asking paying guests to leave in the middle of the night because of the hotel’s overbooking is unacceptable. Worst experience at the mid of night with a 8 yrs old daughter without stay

too bad lady at reception was rude

The breakfast was always out of coffee, AC unit in room was broken, terrible smell in building, no one was ever at front desk to help.

Wow, where do I start. From the checking in I was advised about a parking fee that I was only able to use once since there is limited parking (but got charged for two nights). The elevators need some serious work as they were both pretty jumpy. Breakfast was not well maintained with most of the offerings being empty at 8AM (just not on top of it). Ice machines were all broken. However, all in all the room was comfortable and clean and the property was pretty well maintained.
