On our welcome package with keys we were given the right unit but wrong building. We called and they figured it out and fixed it

The apartment was great, roomy, with gas fireplace, view of the main street, full size kitchen, had ski storage assigned to each unit, 3 minute walk to gondola, nice hot tub, free parking. We also were able to check in earlier and keep the car in the garage later on out check out day.

Oddly architected¿ could not fully open bedroom door, bathroom light switches located well inside by the toilet vs. immediately inside the door¿ 10 am seems an hour too early for checkout.

Great location right next to the gondola, a clean and comfortable condo, very convenient parking. There were no check in instructions provided. We had to wait for other guests to open the door so that we could find some cleaning staff and give us a valid phone number to call (not a general Vail Resorts number that we were on hold with for 20 mins and never called us back). We finally figured out that we needed to go to Keystone guest services at a different location. Please update instructions so that other guests have a much more pleasant experience! The toilet needs to be remounted as it's loose and moves. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. The ski locker needs a grate or something to lift the equipment off the floor as there were a few inches of water at the bottom.
