Love keystone lodge Everything

It was a beautiful, scenic drive to the lodge from Wyoming. Keystone Lodge & Spa was a spectacular place to stay. The made it even more special for my birthday and put up a cute sign in our suite. The loft was such a fun option for our roo.. There were multiple options for activities just within the facilities. The spa was amazing & so relaxing. Even after checking out we were still able to enjoy amenities. We took a little drive to the neighboring towns as well. We cannot even imagine how gorgeous it is during the winter months. Definitely something everyone needs to check off their list!

The property itself was beautiful and peaceful. The flowers were beautiful. The only thing that we did not care for was the dining at the lodge. We felt that the food was only sub-par. We will suggest taking a short drive (if you have a car) into Silverthorne at eat there. We ate at "Sauce on the blue" and it was very good. We definitely would stay here again but eat at other places.

We’ve been going to this property for more than 25 years. And while that may seem like property is dated or “tired”, by no means, no! In addition the entire staff was welcoming, kind and helpful! Great place!!

No AC. Little warm in the room. They give you a fan to put in the window. Ypu have to pay for parking. Parking lot is on the other side of the street. Other then that, the place was beautiful.

I love the entire stay! We came for our honeymoon and they even decorated the room and gave us champagne when we arrived. The staff was amazing. The pool and spa staff was amazing. The weekend we had was just magical

The resort staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very accommodating and made me feel valued I didn't spend enough time there but I'm already planning to return.

Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning. The room did not cool down until late evening on our hot summer day. Also, the coffee shop/ breakfast deli does not open until 7 AM and closes at 10:30 AM.

Beautiful resort. Close to things to do. Nowhere pizza….had it every night for dinner! Balcony overlooking the mountains. Would stay here again!

really big rooms. smells great. a little hot. ask the front desk to open your windows before you check in. it makes a big difference if the shades are closed and window open. beautiful property. favorite pool and spa. has a bar at the pool when the spa is open. love it here. my dog loves the property, lots of space for her to explore and do her duty.

This was our fifth time staying at this resort and it has never disappointed us. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, so neat and clean.

We filtered to pet-friendly places in Keystone and booked a king balcony room, but immediately after booking we got a message only certain rooms were pet-friendly, so I called to verify. The staff moved us into a room but didn’t mention it was moved to a first-floor location. Upon arrival, we asked about the change and asked if pet-friendly options with a balcony were available and they told me husband in the off season they don’t booked the balcony rooms. I felt like we didn’t get what we booked, unfortunately. Staff were kind but the property seemed worn and not up kept well. There was literally a hole papered over in the hall leading to our room, holes in the screen windows and scuffed up furniture. Then, in July we’d hoped we’d be cool enough but without air conditioning and with the fan they provided on max blast all night, even with it blowing in outdoor air, it was really hard to cool down. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at a $200/night rate unless you’re after a dilapidated property. The hot tub/pool/sauna were the only highlights we had along with the trail we could walk along - but seeing other options in the area as we did that it felt like we may want to explore other options if we stay in the area again.
