Despite cool evenings, the windows do not open enough to cool the rooms down at night. When I checked in it was nearly 80 degrees in my room! The mini fridges in the rooms are so small they do not have a freezer section. I was unable to re-freeze the ice packs for my cooler. It was disappointing to have to pay $15 per night to park, when the parking lot was inconveniently located on the other side of the highway, and there were many extra spots available. We were told we could not take our two kids in to the pool one day because there were too many people already there. Yet, the spa staff did not actually know how many people were allowed in, nor were they keeping track of how many people were coming and going. There is a cafe and restaurant associated with the lodge, but it was poorly run and confusing since they were trying to be two separate entities, but connected and sharing staff.

provision of AC units in rooms would help customers during Summer, please.

Staff was super kind and helpful. This resort was nicer than we expected. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub/spa area.

We love Keystone Lodge & Spa! This was our fifth stay, and I absolutely love how dog-friendly they are. My dog received a welcome package with treats and a squeaky toy, which was a big hit. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are so many things to do in the village, and honestly, it's one of the best places near Denver when you need to recharge. The only surprise was the $15 parking fee. I'm not sure when they started charging for parking. Overall, it's a great place. Highly recommend and it's dog approved!

Very nice property. Great value for the money. The Shuttle was very useful. No air-conditioning and the bed was hard.

This resort does not have AC and it is a heat wave, I wish there was notice of this issue on the listing. Food in the restaurant was not great also. Although it was listed as newly renovated the bathroom has a lot of bare wood around the mirror.

The building is old and a bit cavernous, however once you entered the room it was bright, clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were great. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub and the river which runs along the property. I fished and she enjoyed the sun and water. The view from the balcony and sound from the river at night were very peaceful.

No fence around patio (picture showed it fenced) no air flow, smelled like cigarette. No receipt for what I got charged for :/

Amenities and allows dogs Parking across the street and a gap in the curtains allowing light in the room.
-
Travelers Note: 1.) There is no parking on site at the hotel. Parking is located across the street and you have to walk through a tunnel and up/down a flight of stairs to get to your vehicle. Not a big deal to us but definitely note worthy. 2.) There is no Air conditioning in the hotel. Your room has sliding windows and a box fan. Rooms get warm during the day but cools off at night.

We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though. The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't have anyone for you today. Booked a whole spa day for my spouse and I 3 weeks ago. Confirmed appointment the day before. The whole reason going there and they just said sorry we can't take you. Pretty frustrating.
