More toilet paper in each bathroom. Regular cups or non hot disposable cups for other than coffee drinks.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Location was awesome. Accommodation dated.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. The hot tub was not operational for the 2 nights we were there - it was hot but the jets did not work. We asked about it at the front desk but they don't seem to have been able to fix it.

Beach front room was so comfortable, modern, and immaculate after housekeeping. Allowing us to borrow beach stuff and towels was so convenient, and the front desk was always so helpful and accommodating, anytime of the day or night! Kohea Kai Hotel is certainly a jewel amongst Maui hotels.

Nice room, smallish like most rooms on Maui. Cute outdoor seating area with lots of plants and trees for shade. The downside is parking, very narrow and hard to turn around. Thankfully we had a smaller car and could manage.

Exiting the driveway to the main road is really dangerous. There is a bush on the property that blocks on coming cars.

They didn’t clean room we had to make appointment for them to clean. I had to get towels every day not happy with hotel

The room was supposed to have an ocean view but we only saw bushes, but the overall stay was good. The room was clean, but the bed creaked when we sat on it making me feel like it would break.

Hotel had a great location and the room was comfortable and practical. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were available by the reception. Hotel seemed freshly renovated. A text is sent the day before to schedule a room cleanup that takes place every 3rd day.

This place was clean, had a/c, and a very comfortable bed! That’s all I need in a place to stay and it fit my budget.
