Price & location were 5 stars. But that doesn't excuse a dirt room, holes in couch or no screen door to put fans in because no AC.

The property is under major construction which was not disclosed when booking. The management fee was almost as much as the room rate, clearer description at time of booking would be appreciated.

Property was great, there was no gist super person who won with that fan tolerable. There is no response from the texting of the number that you gave us and there was no communication at all. If anyone goes here, a future just be wearing that you must figure out as you go.

The location was perfect. Enough beds. No employee on site. No scissors in kitchen. Bottom drawer of chest was broken hurt my foot. One bathroom has no shower gel two shampoos.

This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. Extra blankets in said closet smelled dirty and unwashed. Please be aware the bedroom has no door, if that's important to you! Sufficient kitchen tools and pots and pans to cook a meal which was appreciated. Didn't receive any checkin instructions, had to reach out and wait to get the code, clunky process which required a 3rd party website. Water softener made the water taste salty and gross.

Good location but the apartment is very dated. Door code that we were given didn't work at first. It took a couple phone calls to get help to get inside.

Need better communication with a host.

Older unit but very convenient for the slopes, and nice to have a bar/grill in the building.

The windows rattled during the gusty winds and the curtains were not blackout so the light from the walkway shine into the bedroom without a break

The room was not worth the money. Sated, hot and a broken elevator.

We liked the fact that a door code was sent to us prior to getting there so there was no need to check-in at a desk/reception area. Felt welcoming upon entry and mostly clean. There were no foul odors and the appliances were all in working order. The body wash and shampoos were great! We enjoyed our stay very much! The detailed instructions and directions sent prior to arrival were absolutely welcome, thank you!! We were able to arrive early and were able to have a later check-out, thanks again! The heat and electric for the lamps by the bed and the alarm clock were off and it took a bit to figure out how to turn them on. Coffee maker, dishwasher, stovetop was a little dusty. Toilet seems to not flush well at all times; there were times we had to flush twice. The wall clock stopped working (not anyone's fault as we never know when a battery is running low) and made us almost late for a dinner reservation (we made it though!).
