Great location. Easy to find off expressway. Well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Touch up in bathroom is my only recommendation.

As soon as you walk in, the hotel had a bad smell. The room smelled the same. It was enough to give a headache. Looks like the hotel may have had some water damage as there were dehumidifiers in all hallways. Would recommend if issue is fixed.

Convenient location. No highway noise. A bit saggy mattress. A/C was very noisy. Has been remodeled but needs a little TLC like grout cleaning on bath floors, edging on A/C unit, paint trimming need touchups.

The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.

The accommodations were excellent and the staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very good and the 24 hour freshly ground coffee per cup was a nice added touch. We were pulling a trailer and they had an area within view of our room to park with easy access

Just fine the bathroom could have cleaner ; someone obviously used it before I got the room and there was hair on the floor, other than that it was ok

There was a sign on the computer monitor in the lobby that there was a bug infestation in the rooms. Manager on duty would come up and vacuum them if needed. When we went to our room we should have run for the door. There were about 30 bugs crawling on the ceiling. Manager did come up and vacuum them, but when he left more began to appear. It would have been better for them to shut down, then operate in these conditions.

Room was OK. Upon check in we were informed that there would be ladybugs in our room but dont worry they dont bite. There were a couple dozen lady bugs in our room. Tried to avoid it but would up bringing one home. It bit me. I know it wasnt local because it is cold were I live.

The man at the front desk was very nice, the room clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. And the hot breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Yes the cleanliness of the room was not great. The pull out couch was disgusting. The sheets were clearly not changed. The sheets were wet. The mattress was brown. My son had to sleep on top of the sofas w a blanket on top of the sofa.
