Room was very clean and everything in order.

It was a long walk from the parking area to the check in desk.

Hours of operation for pool and restaurants. Went in September and pool was closed M - Thur. The nicer restaurants had limited hours. Very disappointed in the upscale steak house.

The room was dirty. The elevators were dirty. The staff that we had any interaction with were wonderful. The casino was huge and clean. There is a small non smoking area. It would have been better if it was larger. An abundance of parking. Because of being there on Monday and Tuesday a lot of stores and s.aller eating places were closed.

We stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday, and overall we had a great experience. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to offer some type of room decoration or birthday package, especially for guests traveling from out of state. It would have been so nice to have something special waiting in the room when we arrived, and it would have saved us from having to bring decorations with us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The waitress that brought me a drink was EXTREMELY RUDE. And the WORST General Tso chicken from the Noodles restaurant I have ever had!!!!

Had a wonderful time at the Casino, the employees for all the services were friendly, pleasant and competent. It’s a beautiful fun place to spend time and enjoy the ambient surroundings.

My room wasn’t cleaned over my 3 night stay. I never got clean sheets. The casino was freezing cold at night and was not smoke free.

Staff was helpful and courteous, casino was the best we have played in in LA. Parking was outside only, but plenty of spaces available. Room was comfortable, and best of all they had a shower, not a tub that is so dangerous for us that are older. The casino had a good mixture of newer style slots, and old style three reels.

Hotel is very nice a bit of walking distance to the casino if you're a senior on a walker/cane. But everything is connected. Several good restaurants to choose from even things for the grand babies to do. Very nice hotel. Love the shower with the water coming from the middle of the ceiling. Awesome! Will stay again.

Coushatta has a large entrance lobby which serves many functions, mainly reservations and a check-in for all three hotels. The corridors are long and a lengthy walk. Very beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.
