I love the casino nice size I also loved the fact that it is a family oriented place, my kids was able to go and enjoy there self just as much as us, I loved kid quest and the pool the lazy river was amazing, and the food was good too I just wish there were more vegetarian items,

Arrived at 4:30 for a 4:00 check-in. Was told we couldn’t check in until 7pm that rooms were not clean. Lady at desk was not friendly. Felt like they could have sent an email about late check in. People were sitting everywhere so there was no sitting available.

Casino is like a maze, but staff was very helpful, parking was ok, but they hotel was under construction with pavement of a new parking lot, food excellent

At no point did anyone provide instructions such as asking guests to remain calm, exit the building, or letting us know when it was safe to return to our rooms. It appeared that staff were either unaware of how to handle the situation or had not been trained to communicate during a potential emergency. Fire alarms understandably create anxiety for guests, and clear communication from staff is critical for both safety and reassurance. I was disappointed in how the situation was managed and would strongly encourage the hotel to review its emergency response procedures and ensure staff are properly trained to guide guests during situations like this.

This facility had repeated false fire alarms starting at midnight. A second false alarm at 1am at which point we opted to request a refund of the room. We are still waiting on a formal response from the hotel for the refund. As we were leaving at 1:15am the alarm went of for a third time. Clearly the hotel had a systemic issue with the fire alarm system and could not provide a reasonably quiet environment to sleep which is why we opted to leave. If we don't receive a full refund that will say alot about how they treat their customers.
