Everything was so nice I haven't been there in years but I will go back

Coushatta has a large entrance lobby which serves many functions, mainly reservations and a check-in for all three hotels. The corridors are long and a lengthy walk. Very beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

The price was pretty good and the room was clean. The mattress on the bed was really hard and I didn't sleep well. I had to keep switching sides because my shoulders were starting to hurt.

Employees were nice. Room was very good and overall the facility was well interfaced to resort. I found a free EV charger in parking at the resort. Free EV charger and friendly employees.

We had a good time. For the most part the staff was very helpful courteous. But at the front door they had a security guard I asked a simple question and he gave me a very smart ass answer that I did not appreciate. But all in all if I get a chance we will go back to the Seven Clan Hotel.

This was a last minute stay and this hotel offered the best rate however the room was a little outdated and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Staff was AMAZING though so we will definitely stay again.

I love the casino nice size I also loved the fact that it is a family oriented place, my kids was able to go and enjoy there self just as much as us, I loved kid quest and the pool the lazy river was amazing, and the food was good too I just wish there were more vegetarian items,
