Nothing!!! Smelled of smoke and just unclean! The room was soooooo hot when we got into it the AC was unplugged and barely worked! Went to get into the bed and found bedbugs! DO NOT RECOMMEND! We ended up leaving after being there for 30 minutes!

Smelled of smoke soon as you walk into hotel. Rooms were very dated. The towels in bathroom looked dirty. Thankfully brought our own. The bedding had marks/stains and holes in them. Few lights didn't work. Police were called for unruly guests arguing and fighting. Could hear everything from our room. Would not stay here again.

Hotel facilities are unloved and poorly maintained. The linen is dingy and torn. The tub was dirty. The corners are broken and dirty in the bathroom and bedroom. The ac had no cover, was dirty, noisy and sprayed mist into the room. There were no screen on the window so could not open window. The mattress you could feel the springs and there was minimal linen on bed. I had over $150.00 in unexpected fees related to my pet. The desk clerk told me I would receive a refund of $100.00 but nearly 2 weeks later I still have not received.

Don’t do it. Disgusting place with sketchy characters.

The room was clean but the furniture was junk, and it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. But you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. The bed sheets and blankets instead of smell like cigarette smoke. I guess the reason why it was considered a smoke. Free room is because at that particular time, I was not smoking in it. The entire floor that I was on as soon as you walked into the hallway. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. The I guess the AC or whatever was not working downstairs like in the lobby. So they had the doors open. So a breeze could blow in, but other than that, that was it. There was no AC or anything there. The locks on the door were subpar. At best it was just a chain lock on the door I did not feel safe at all.

The room was extremely dirty. The lobby smells of cigarettes, as did my room. Smoking rooms are on the third floor but the odor permeates the building. I found a suspected bedbug and left. I had paid directly to Expedia and I am disputing the charge. I still have not been refunded the hold on my credit card for incidentals.

There was a fight going on in the lobby when we checked in and the guy behind the counter did nothing but tell us he had “had enough of this f$cking place.”Another hotel guest called the police. At this point we were looking for other places to stay as we didn’t feel safe, but we couldn’t find availability anywhere else. When we got to our room we were shocked by its condition. The sheets were covered in severe stains and cigarette burns. The walls were badly damaged and the toilet and carpet were dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting. There were actually places in the flooring where you could feel the sub flooring was gone and had holes that were covered by carpet or linoleum. The tiny towels in the bathroom were threadbare and stained. This hotel needs some love and care, even then I don’t know that it can be saved. I’ve never had such awful luck with a hotel reserved on Expedia and I’ll be extremely cautious in the future.
